Ugh... doesn't always happen and even when we grew it this happened sometimes. I normally slice it and steam it. Crook neck, zucchini, and the little ":flying Saucer" squash.

Again ,I am a man who isn't much of a cook. Tonight I am going to grill bratwurst for my son and me. I thought I would simply serve them on sourdough buns with mustard, chopped onions...and maybe saurkraut. Is there anything else I should consider to make them a bit more special? Thanks.

I was wondoring, can I freeze raw, sliced eggplant? I freeze zucchini that way. I love Mousaka but its way to hot to cook in the summer when eggplant is fresh and in season.

I tried making it this morning and we had to throw it away. It was just gooey and soggy. It never cooked right. I followed the recipe to the letter. (Put the soaked bread in a VERY hot buttered skillet) What did I do wrong?
