that seems reasonable

If that is a typical example then I would suggest that could do with a little less sugar and more fruit and veg.

Try cutting down on the snacks and have a lunch instead.

I would also not recommend a fry-up breakfast every morning. Probably just once or twice a week with cereal other days.

But if you are physically active then you should be able to burn of the calories without to much trouble.

Well, you have to said it more specific. Like, how many sausage you eat for breakfast. If two sausages, then it's not so bad. But 5 or 6 will make a big difference.
It seems like you eat high-fat foods. But you're only 16 years old, your metabolism is very high, so I guess you can eat anything you want.

I don't think you eat too much, but I think you eat too much of the wrong kinds of foods.

You need some fresh fruits and fresh green vegetables in there somewhere.

I ate all that junk too when I was in high school and now I am finding out just how bad it really is. I really ate too much garbage.

I wish I would have known and ate better.

It's worth cutting back on junk and eating better, it's hard, but it's worth it.

And drink water, it's important to drink the proper amount of good pure water each day. I like Aquafina.

That doesn't sound to bad, however you should include lunch and that would eliminate or reduce the hungry you'd experience letter. Plus your a young boy, not sure how active you are, but the food list sounds pretty normal. Take care!! :-)

Have you ever considered real food: fruits, vegetables and nuts? Try this, don't eat anything that has high fruitoast corn syrup? Maybe it is not the quantity but the type of food you eat.

Well it depends on how much of each you ate. Looks like you need some fruit. But not to bad.

You don't eat too much but you eat too unhealthily. Try eating more healthy foods in place of everything on this list.

As long as you exercise as well you can eat almost anything, glad to see you do eat some vegetables.
