The creation of Caesar's Salad has been attributed to an Italian, Caesar Cardini, who at the time was a restaurateur in Tijuana, Mexico. Actually a chef named ceasar from mexico. By the way, one of the main flavoring agents in a ceasar salad is crushed anchovies!
