Cous cous is like a blank canvas, you can do many things with it. Sometimes instead of water I add apple juice, or I dice dried apricots and add it to the water. You can add sundried tomatoes and feta cheese when you fluff the cous cous. Check out the site below for endless cous cous recipes to compliment any meal quickly. Also, when you are in the ailse that has the couscous look for Near East brand. They have several different flavors already for you. Just add water, butter or olive oil.

Cous Cous is used alot in North African countries and is also good as a dessert. Heat it with milk and add honey and vanilla to sweeten. Lovely

Use chicken stock instead of regular water. Mix it with little pieces of shredded beef or chicken or cooked vegetables. Add some hot salsa to it.
