Does anyone know how to make potato scallops/cakes. i lived in Australia for a couple of years and now i live back in the UK, i miss them, i'd usually have 6 at a time. i've looked on the internet and they reckon slices of potato covered in batter, but they were never crunchy or hard, the potato was soft
