What is your favorite type of fish....what kind of topping?
How do you prepare it?
If you are curious I make large dinners every night and I am sick of Beef Pork and Chicken so now I want to cook fish.
Oh and if you don't like fish I don't need your comments! Thank you!

I had roast pork at a few different Cuban restaurants in Tampa and it was amazing. I can't seem to make it - it's shredded, literally melts in your mouth, a garlic mojo type flavoring.... So good! Can anyone help??

By slightly undercooked, I mean that it looked fully cooked on the outside, and I flipped it once in the oven and the side that was facing down at first wasn't as cooked as the other side and there was a very mild pinkish hue. Also, to clarify my question, I'm more worried about bacteria than something as abstract as bird flu, which I know can also be addressed by fully cooking the meat.

I put some steaks in a soy/whiskey/sugar marinade last night for a BBQ this evening but friends passing through the next town over want me to meet them for dinner. Is it okay to leave the steaks marinating for one more day?

...would they be more impressed if I microwaved a TV dinner, cooked instant pudding, or reheated some McDonald's for them?

Keep in mind that this is the big Christmas dinner, and that my parents have never visited me in Canada yet; so, I need to impress them with my cooking skills! I just want to start planning for their visit ahead of time!
