Cook it in a slow cooker for a day, like, start in the morning, then when it comes to supper time, take it out, then dress it all up how you like it, and throw 'er on the bbq. Also, you can take the cooked meet, and cut in between the bones to "fan" it out, so the bbq sauce can soak deeper into the meat. Don't cut all the way threw though, cuz then you're defeating the purpose of having big ribs that you get all dirty with while eating.

If you don't have a rotisserie for the grill to put the ribs on try putting them in a lasagna pan or roasting pan with water (half of the pan full), chopped garlic and onion and salt and pepper. Cook them as per the directions on the packaging. About 3/4 of the way through drain some of the water and just leave a bit to layer the bottom of the pan. Use BBQ sauce to smother them in and continue to cook in the oven. It's not hard to do and the results are awesome!

marinate the meat if you like, the cook it slowly at 250 degrees until fork tender, or the bones pull out.... basting is not a good idea, and dont andd sauce till the end. The idea is to keep as much of the fat and juices inside of the meat as possible, and keeping the proteins from coagulating too fast. Boiling causes the meat to toughen as well... if at all you should poach it, the water being right below a simmer... but this I find is unnecessary.

Trim the tips off and peel off the silver film. Rub with a dry rub (salt, pepper, garlic salt, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper and meat tenderizer) About 10 min before you put them on the grill rub liquid smoke onto the meat and cook over med heat till the meat around the tip of the exposed bone starts to pull away. Add sauce at the very end to avoid burning. Enjoy.

Some times I will boil them for a while in apple cider or beer and water, (last week, I used Dr. Pepper!) so they are soft and tender, and then bar-b-q them with lots of sauce, Or sometimes, If you have the time set them in a pan in the oven covered in bar-b-q- sauce, and bake them all day at a low heat (275) this will make them very tender, also!

put the ribs in a big pot along with enough beer to cover the meat
add about a teaspoon of whole peppercorns & sprinkle onion powder over the top of beer (about 1-2 teaspoons)
bring to boil & allow to cook at a low boil for about 45 min
when cool enough dry rub ribs with mixture of brown sugar, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika (mostly brown sugar but adjust other ingredients to taste)
grill for about 20 minutes then brush with bbq sauce & allow to cook for another 5-10 minutes
Enjoy!!!

I put them on a broiler pan with a little water in it. Then bake for an hour or so on 325. Then take them out an throw on the grill (with your sauce on them) for 5-10 min. You could also probably use a pressure cooker and use same process.

some people par boil them, just boil water, turn it off, put the ribs in till they turn light brown, take out, make up a meat marinate, you can buy it at most super markets. put the ribs in that mixture, keep basting and poking them so the marinate gets into the meat, put in fridge till it,s time to QB, good luck.
