Deep fry them. And if you want a tortilla bowl for salad, throw it on top of the oil, and push it down in the centre with a coffee type can. Like, the size of a chunky soup can. I learned this when I was working at Smitty's. It sucked being a prep cook.

you talking corn, or flour? If corn just cook it in oil till it starts to turn brown, it will be more crunchy. flour., just brown on a skillet, before or after you fill it.
