whenever I do it myself... I can peel them without a problem... now I've never paid attention to how I do it... I just know we are doing something differently. does anyone know how or what to do to make boiled eggs easy to peel?

i was wondering the recipe calls for fresh and dried herbs,
the recipe calls for fresh basil and then dried ital. seasoning.
but it says to add the fresh and dried both at the same time.
and simmer for 4 hrs. i was wondering shouldnt the fresh be added towards the end of cooking time?
and the dried put in at the respectful time.

Does anyone know Persian/Iranian recipe for lamb?
I went to a Persian resturant and want to make it.
Ican't remember what it is called, maybe Gheimeh, or not.
It is very tender lamb in a tomatoey sauce, very nummy?

2 Reduced Fat NILLA Wafers
2 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
2 Tbsp. strawberry low-fat yogurt



so here is the recipe how much would i need to make 20 cupcakes?

PLACE 1 of the wafers on bottom of one paper-lined medium muffin cup; top with combined whipped topping and yogurt.
COVER with remaining wafer.
FREEZE 1 hour or until firm.
