Like a fish stew you mean?If you are just looking to cook a filet pan fry it in a little butter .
If you want to make fish stew you can just put it in a pot with a cup of water, some chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, dash of basil, dash of oregano, dash of garlic, chopped parsley, dash cayenne, some okra and butter bring to a good simmer serve over rice.
