Recipe for a Wendy's Frosty?

I know it has to be just choc. syrup and vannilla ice cream, but what parts?

4 teaspoons Nesquik chocolate drink mix

First served at Wendy's in 1969, the Frosty continues as a favorite in fast food shakes, even if it only comes in chocolate flavor: This clone recipe is an improved version of the recipe that appears in the first book, Top Secret Recipes. I've designed this for just a one- person serving and have reduced the chocolate in the shake so that it's more like the real thing served today. I find the smaller yield also helps to make the thing blend better:

WENDYS' FROSTY ICE CREAM

1/2 gal. chocolate milk
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix well and freeze. Mixture does not get hard, more like a thick milk shake.

I buy Blue Bell's dutch chocolate ice cream and mix it in a bowl with milk until it's thick like a Wendy's frosty... and it's pretty close. Mmmmmmmm :)

All you need is a spoon, bowl, ice cream, milk, and enjoy.
