Pineapple is the best grilled fruit ever! Brush it with a little olive oil before you place it on the grill. Try it with fish or chicken, you will love it. Coconut is pretty good grilled as well.

Be sure to oil your grill first. Pinapple, apple, pear, mango, all sliced thickly and brushed with a honey/ lemon mix. They only need to grill for a few minutes total.... and softer fruit will obviously take even less time. Best wishes

Pineapples are great grilled, but I've also seen Bobby Flay on TV doing peaches... You ought to do a fruit kabob, do different fruits on a skewer (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple...)

Only takes a few minutes ;

split bananas length ways
grill round side then carefully turn over
,sprinkle with brown sugar
put under grill till the sugar bubbles
(watch carefully so as not to burn them )

eat hot or cold with cream / cream-fraish /ice cream

even though i don't eat grilled fruit, here's what i see on the FOOD channels: they put pineapples, pears, apples,etc. they put the fruit on these little sticks, and they grill them on a flat grill(because they don't want it to have that charcoal taste in their fruit) and then when the fruit is done, they serve it with syrup. thats AAAALLLLL i know.

My husband grills pineapple with butter and a little brown sugar. It's delicious. He uses fresh, but you could probably skewer some large canned pieces and get something very tasty as well.
