I am new to cooking, and I cooked some chicken breasts in the oven without cleaning them first. I'm concerned about microbes or whatever, and I was going to chop the mostly cooked chicken into smaller pieces and cook them in oil.
I don't want to waste the chicken, even if it doesn't taste spectacular.
Any insights are greatly appreciated.

Tomarrow im making my family supper because we rarely eat together now and my grandmother will be over so I figured I would make them supper. I am a vegitarian so it cant have any meat I have the main dish pretty much planned im just deciding between alfredo lasanga, 3 cheese spagetti, or 3 cheese lasanga. So basically it will be something cheesy. I just have to figure out some side dishes and maybe a dessert. Any ideas or recipes for the side dish or dessert?

The other day I had a dish that had spaghetti in some kind of cheesy sauce and was topped with a few different kinds of cheese. It it kind of reminded me or a cassorole or lasanga. Does anyone have a recipe for something like this?
