Lamb's an earthy kind of dish, so it usually well with potatoes, esp. small russett potatoes roasted with rosemary.

Personally, I find lamb to be on the heavy side, so I like to just pair it with a good salad--arugula, walnuts with a lemon-mint vinagrette.

You can also try couscous if you want to add a mediterrean/ middle eastern flair to your meal.

Here are some : Mash Potatoes, Mushrooms, long green beans, Broccoli, corn beans, beetroot, mint, carrots and peas. So much to choose really!
