I would say Bobby Flay for his personality. Mario's Italian cooking is good, but Flay's spicy personality and cooking will heat up the room.

Bobby Flay. I usually have whatever his recipes call for in my kitchen already. I like Mario too but he usually uses an ingredient that I have to purchase.

I personally like Flay's big flavors (spices and combination of ingredients) and his grilling method of cooking.
Both are entertaining to watch on tv but I would go to Flay's restaurant like Mesa Grille before Mario's.

While Malto Mario has more cooking technical prowness than Bobby, Bobby wins cause he hooked, lined and Married Hottie Stephanie March of Law & Order:SVU Fame.
