Slowly. That's really the way to get any meat to be very tender and juicy. It just requires a good bit of patience.

Place the beef chuck steak in a plastic cooking bag with seasonings and about 1/2 to 2/3 cup of water . Seal the bag and bake for about 2 hrs, depending on the size and weight of the steak.

Well first of all 1/2 of these people just don't know what they are talking about. Yes you have to tenderize some meats and you can do that by using a large fork and stabbing a 1000 times and if you do that usually you can cook either fast or slow. Your choice. Sometimes you can use A meat tenderizer. That really has never worked for me it usually just adds way too much spice for my taste. But do please use the Fork Idea you wont regret spending the money on your food.

spice it up really nice, then sear the meat in a tablespoon or two of oil...cover with liquid (beef stock, wine, etc) just submersing the meat and simmer for 1-2 hours minimum on low heat. MMMMMM..or make burgundy beef (our favorite)
2lbs chuck, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 & 1/2 can (use soup can) red wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
2tbsp oil
Season meat with salt and pepper. Get the oil hot in a large, deep pot and cook meat in batches until all is well seared. Lower heat and add onions and garlic, sautee for 2 minutes. Add back the meat, liquids and bay leafs. Simmer for two hours. If liquid lowers too far, add more red wine. Remove bay leaves, adjust salt and pepper and serve!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aOfR4
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Braise it (cook in liquid on low heat) for a long time. You can use tomatoes with lots of juice, or beef broth, or water and bouillon. Either way it will be delicious.
