I often see Kosher Salt in recipes, and have recently started seeing it in the supermarkets here in the UK. Please could someone tell me the difference between this and other salts such as Table Salt, Sea Salt etc. To me, salt is salt! I prefer to use sea salt because it has a better flavour but don't actually know the difference between them all.

I am throwing a party for my friend's 21st birthday party and she doesn't drink. I was thinking about having all non-alcoholic drinks there just to make it fun and if anyone wants to add some magic to their drinks, it'll be OK. Any ideas you have will help.

My office had a party and ordered deli trays. There is a ton of turkey, ham, salami and roast beef (plus lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles) left, and some cheese and rolls. I am taking it home as there is no one in the office this week. Outside of making sandwiches, what can I make with it? I don't want it to go to waste, but I'm so sick of sandwiches.

My favorite is the Philly Maki (cream cheese and smoked salmon), and the Titanic Roll (shrimp tempura, wrapped with salmon, tuna, and hamachi, then topped with crab and spicy sauce).

I’ve recently developed an insatiable appetite for tacos. Crispy beef tacos are the king, though a delicious soft fish taco with that sweet sauce on it is a close 2nd. So why can I not get enough? I’ve eaten tacos my entire life and have always enjoyed them, but its getting out of control. I’ve had them for lunch and dinner going on 2 weeks straight. Do I need to seek professional help?
