I'd say that if you are truly eating that many tacos, and to the exclusion of other things, you'd just need to watch out for a few things (that is, if you want to be "healthy').
Most commercial or restaurant tacos (as well as many home made tacos) contain a lot of fat (especially saturated fat) in the meat, meat sauce, fried taco shells, cheese, and sour cream if used, plus a lot of sodium/salt, as well as very little of other things you actally need in a good diet.
The upshot of that is that you may be getting too much of certain "bad things" and not enough of other "good" things. While it's true that you can put a bit of lettuce or various sauces which are made with some of the "better" things on a taco or even a few strips of onion or bell pepper, there's just not nearly enough quantity to satisfy the "minimum daily requirements"... they're being used more like condiments to the meat and refined wheat.
Also, if you're filling up on tacos, there are a lot of the other good-for-you things you're not getting --or not getting enough of:
..*whole* grains & fiber
...many vitamins/anti-oxidants/etc. from vegetables, beans (not "refried"), and fruits (& fiber) ... though hot peppers are actually very high in certain vitamins
...many minerals (calcium and many more)
...*lowfat* and/or plant-based proteins, though non-fried fish is good
..."good" fats
I don't know your age or circumstances, but often males will "crave" heavy proteins like beef especially when growing ... presumably it's a biological thing, but in our current society that can create a problem so it's sometimes necessary to eat less of one what one craves if health is a priority.
In older times, there was a lot more physical work which helped burn off those extra calories, plus other whole foods were consumed which were also not refined (losing their fiber, vitamins), so it balanced out better (and also helped make up for the constipation that a low-fiber diet can cause).
Tacos are a tasty food though and have a good proportion of crunch to softer textures, etc., to the palette so even better. Maybe you can find other foods though that will give you the same high flavor and combination of textures, etc. for a least most of your diet, or you could try eating fewer tacos with a larger side dish of salad, etc.
Or you could also learn to make your own if you're not doing that now, so you could add more good stuff to them, in higher proportions, or again on the side. There should be lots of recipes for making healthy tacos (and burritos, etc.) online and also for making other healthier Mexican foods that you might like too.... try some of these:

No, you don't need professional help. I too love taco's. I love the beef ones in a soft taco shell with very hot pico de gallo. Enjoy them while you can. I think a lot of people just have a craving they can't shake sometime. Hey atleast you are not eating them for breakfast!!!

Everything in the world can become addicting. From cigerettes to grape jelly. Anything that attracts your tastebuds can become an addiction. It's all in your head..literally. I sugest taking a method a smoker would except not as drastic. But do watch how many you eat because to much of something isnt good for your, especially tacos.

No professional help needed. Tacos are pretty awesome. They are basically a complete meal when you make them supreme with everything. I turn into a little taco terror myself every so often. My favorite are fish or shrimp with a cool cilantro sauce and of course carnitas with salsa verde or pico de gallo and extra cilantro.

I'm sure you'll get past it... just enjoy the tacos while you can - because I think you may come to dislike them after awhile if you continue to eat them non-stop...
