My favorite flavors are Pistachio, Rum Raisin, Godiva White Chocolate Raspberry, and Butter Pecan.
Some of the toppings I like are caramel, chocolate, cookies, rainbow sprinkles, and cherries.

Butterfinger ice cream is great. Just make it like you would make vanilla ice cream and add bout 6 big bars of Buttermilk candy crushed up into pieces before you freeze it.

I have had mango ice-cream and guava ice cream. Not sherberts, but true creamy ice creams.
The weirdest flavour I ever had was licorice ice cream. A little went a long way.
