My favorite is the Philly Maki (cream cheese and smoked salmon), and the Titanic Roll (shrimp tempura, wrapped with salmon, tuna, and hamachi, then topped with crab and spicy sauce).

Don't know much about sushi.
I enjoy all of the sushi that could be considered vegetarian.
Not much into fish. Love rice, avocado, cream cheese, and wasabi is pretty darn cool too.
