Eating 2 ounces (50 grams) a day of plain, dark chocolate (with a minimum content of 70% chocolate solids) can be beneficial to health, providing protection against heart disease, high blood pressure, and many other health hazards as well as essential trace elements and nutrients such as iron, calcium and potassium, and vitamins A. B1, C, D, and E and it's a lot tastier than swallowing vitamins. A 1 1/2-ounce square of chocolate may have as many cancer-fighting antioxidants as a five-ounce glass of red wine.
As with any diet, moderation is the key. Remember, chocolate still has a high fat content so a little goes a long way. Ensure the quality of your choclate though. Skip the processed powders and commercial chocolate bars - in the baking aisle or candy aisle of most grocery stores, you should find chocolate bars that have the fat content you want and still have all the taste you crave. Then you can nibble on it or melt a little into warm milk for that cup of hot chocolate.

Chocolate is not healthy. Food is generally not healthy. It is dead.
It can be healthFUL, however, in moderation.
Anyway, since this is a health question, and not a grammar one, I'll continue.
Having some chocolate is better for you than starving to death. On the other hand, eating five pounds of it per day isn't as good as having a balanced diet. Chocolate does have some nutritional benefits. White chocolate is the worst (which many people don't realize) because it's made from only the cocoa butter (fat) of the cocoa bean.
The milk in your cocoa is likely the most nutritious part.

Dark chocolate is healthy - some of the fats/oils in it are actually good for your heart. This goes for red wine too. The darker the chocolate, the better - Lindor makes an excellent 85% dark chocolate bar, if you're looking for something to try.
As with everything, though, do it in moderation - 1 or two squares (not whole bars - just little peices) a day is plenty.

Absolutely....the darker, the healthier (although bitter).
Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants and helps release those "feel good" natural endorphins as well as lower blood pressure.

yes, a little bit it supposed to be good for the heart and chock full of antioxidents.
I'm not sure if the hot cocoa applies unless you've made it yourself by melting real dark chocolate pieces in milk with a little sugar.
