What are the rules for refilling your drink in resturants and stuff cause like I alwasys have to pay like 1 dollor (big money) for tht e stuff and sometimse s more and you jhave to pay a lot? what is the deal thanks sjyou are nic ethanks

It's pretty much a restaurant by restaurant crap shoot. Some offer refills and some don't. Just ask them. Usually if it's a self serve on the drinks, it's free refills as long as you remain in the facility. Once you leave you have to buy another one. I usually refill mine one last time when I'm on my way out the door.

You should be able to refill for free as long it's not an alcoholic drink.
