Lukewarm means just barely warm to the touch. Obviously there is not a set temperature for this term, but you can gauge it by putting your hand under the running water, or to more accurately judge, you can dip your elbow in the water, as it is not as fickle as the sense of touch in your hands.

Lukewarm tap water is water that is tepid to touch. Not cold but not very warm either. About room temperature or 70F. The water should feel comfortable on your skin.

In simple word its "regular" water. its not chilled,its not cooked or boiled yet not cold, its just plain water dats drinkable... dats it!!
