Have already enquired about the Albright Hussey but any others which offer a fair-ish price would be considered.
Thanks

Me and partner have entered a competition to win our wedding and we are through to the next round. This round invovles taking part in a multiple choice quiz all about weddings. So, if you know any facts or important information about weddings, however useless you think it could be, please let me know because I only have until thursday to do this!

thank you

I met him for the 1st time 2 years ago at a family event. He just moved here (Las Vegas from NY) so we had distance. I never called him after the event b/c I was escaping an abusive relationship. He feels that I blew my chance of knowing him. He is denying me seeing my family..isn't that disgusting? The elders of the family won't get involved but feel terrible for me. Who is right?
Remember.. I cied to him and told him I needed my family and wanted to see everyone.

I know sometimes the parents may help out but what if both sets are unable to? Do they both just save up, because thats alot of money. I know someone thats getting married and its costing them about 18k dollars! How would a couple with no help pay for that?

My fiance and I are completly paying for our wedding. We pretty much have everything taken care of but our budget is pretty much down to nothing. The only thing we really want and need is a photographer. However being both college students we are having a hard time finding one within our price range. We can afford about 600.If anyone knows anybody who does decent work for that price I would greatly appreciate it alot.

We've been dating for 7 months and love each other to death and have even talked about it...we both know that we wouldnt be able to get married right away because of where we are in our lives with school and work...but it just seems like being engaged is the way to take our relationship to the next level. What should I do?

My next door neighbor's daughter is getting married. She (the mom) and I get along very well, but the daughter (who is getting married) doesn't live around here. I hardly know the daughter. When she comes around, she has little to say to me and sometimes acts a little arrogent. The daughter is getting married and invited me to the wedding, which is about 2,000 miles away.. She also invited some other neighbors and I doubt if any of them will go. She has nothing to do with them either. Should we all be sending gifts if we are not going?

My uncle is a plastic surgeon and at my friends wedding I decided to add in the toast that my uncle did her fiance's sex change. It turns out she didn't know he had one. Did I make a mistake?

I am having a "planned elopement" in April. I am wanting to send off announcements of the wedding the day I leave so it will get to them on the day of my wedding or the days after. We are announcing ourselves, not our parents. How do we word the return address. Do I address myself as as a Mrs. or a Miss. ??

I was wondering if i have to end it with a toast or a poem? I'd rather not.

I've known my friends fiance as long as she has, so we know eachother pretty well and we have a love hate relationship.

Can i say, "without her" (act as if i'm going to say something sweet) - "he would be eating over the sink and wearing dirty undies" etc etc.

And he tried to run me over in his car a few times (he was only joking but he really did try 2)

Can i say "he only does this because he knows if it was legal, i would be marrying her today instead of him marrying her"

I know all of her side going, but not really his side. But they all seem like they'd get a laugh from this.

Is this inappropriate? If someone said it at my wedding i'd laugh, and i know they both will laugh...

you have any more suggestions.

I inherited my great aunt's wedding dress from the 1930s-40s, it's in wonderful condition, but I know I won't wear it since it doesn't fit and is very antique. I was wondering if anyone knew of places other than ebay that I could sell it, or if there are any museums that would purchase it because I would love if someone else could use it on their special day or it could be on display somewhere.

All ideas welcome, and thanks in advance for your help!

I just bought my wedding dress. It has a train which I really didn't want mainly because I didn't want to carry it around all through the reception. They told me that that they will add hooks so that you can pin it up after the ceremony. Does this work well and will it look ok?

Does anyone know of any nice outdoor ceremony sites in the Kansas City area? The wedding will be in the May-ish time of year. My family has already done ceremonies at the Rose Garden and Powell Gardens. I'm hoping for something unique. No clique rose/flower gardens or gazebos. Anyone have any suggestions? (espically something near water.)
