Hermann park in downtown Houston is nice and maybe the water wall over by the Galleria and maybe in Galveston at some of the place's like moody mansion or some of the resorts on the seawall there is alot of nice places if you want and outdoor wedding. If you are looking for a church then I would look around at some of the churches and call them and see how much it is to use there church cause there are alot of nice churches here in Houston.

Paraiso Maravilla, St Anne's, Unity, The Houstonian, Omni, Hotel Derek, Hotel Intercontinental, depending on how big, there are a lot of nice restaurants.
