I'm trying to get an idea what a good photographer costs for a wedding. Did the fee include your album and photos or were those extra? What all did your photographer do? Were there lots of poses and choices? Was your photographer worth the money?

If so, please tell me:
1. What type it was (pole tent, etc.)
2. Approximate Size/ Approx. # of people under tent (sitting in rows or at tables OR standing)
3. The location (on grass, concrete, etc.)

I would also like to know the overall experience with the tent. Was it hard to set up? Any problems?

Thanks for your time!
:)

I heard this song the other day and thought it would be a perfect wedding tune...now I just have to start working on the supporting cast and it's on!!!

Song: More than Love - Los Lonely Boys

And yes...I am a hopeless romantic!!!

Do you give your parents and soon to be in-laws presents at the rehearsal dinner?

My mother's friend's son (you know how that goes) just got married and his whole (large) family traveled 1500 miles by car to attend the wedding and reception. This was the first time meeting the *other side*. Well, they knew the reception was informal, so they dressed nice, but not *wedding fancy*. They were horrified to see the other wedding guests dressed in ripped jeans, cut-offs, shorts, t-shirts, etc. They said everyone looked at them like *they* were the idiots.

Now, the bride wore a gorgeous white wedding gown. Is it wrong to dress nice to show respect, even at a casual wedding, or did they really miss something here? Opinions?

We've had a lot of good suggestions. Another One Bites The Dust - Queen, Imperial Death March - Star Wars, Highway To Hell - AC/DC, Crazy - Gnarles Barkley. How do you rate those? Do you have any other songs that would knock em dead?

oh well my bf and his family wants him to marry with me. i met him by a friend of his that came dominican once and he introduced me to him. we had been talking for long and After a year of LDR, hes finally coming to 'meet me' (but we already had seen each other by camera and talkin everyday over the phone) but i know that physical contact is different. the thing is that his family wanna help me and they still make an appointment for me to get a visa and go and visit them too... im workin and studying and this is really excited.. sometimes obviobsly i find it weird but also i just think im lucky. he loves me to death and his family too..

do u think this is weird or this is just something i must feel "lucky" about?

he and his family are soO good to me cuz i've been such too much drama and bad things in my past and he really appreciates me and wish me to dont suffer anymore.. i have my fam and they love me but i feel this ppl are great for me too...

I told my friend if I was ever to get married my wedding dress would be green, purple, or maybe blue. But she freaked out and said that it's tradition to choose white.

I'm getting married next year and I'm trying not to go broke or get into debt putting together my wedding. The wedding guest list is under 150 people.

I have been with the same man for 15 years. When we hooked up i was interested in marriage (not him) so anyway i got over it and saw the benefit of NOT being married to him.I love him alot. I just dont want the pressure of being his "wife" . He now after all this time wants to get married next month. I am not feeling it. I dont need him i am well educated and own my own home i dont see how my life would be improved at this stage by marrying him.

Hi

Here is something I was thinking about. My gf mentioned that she would like to have an engagement ring that her wedding band could go with.

my fiancee and i have been living together for 5 years, he enjoys having a relationship where we do absolutely nothing and have days and years go by with us having nothing to show for it, I on the other hand like to do things. I don't even mean big things, even little things like going to the beach together, just spending time together...he sees no point in it, if I ask him to go the beach and go for a walk, he says why? He always needs an explanation, he doesn't get that I want to spend time with him. He's so selfish like that. He's 15 years older than me but I don't think that should make a difference because in my opinion, if you are in love with somebody then spending time with them shouldn't be a major effort. I know where this is all going, the thing is I love him so it is hard to try and face the truth and so I'm hoping that maybe one day he'll actually want to show me that he likes being with me. He makes me feel lonely...my problem..that's what he'll say.
