Something neat and comfortable. A nice dress, maybe?
Don't forget to get your hair and nails done! It might not be a huge wedding, but it is a very important day for you both.
Good luck and congratulations!

Depending on where you are located & your age. If it's starting to get cool where you are, (like Alaska) or if you're in a small town or big city.
And what you would wear at 25 is different than what you would wear if you were 55. Is the groom wearing a suit, a sportcoat, a shirt & tie, no tie or jeans?
A white sundress.
A white dressy dress or suit.
Maybe something with color? A small print?
You want a veil? A hat?
Are you going to have a small bouquet?
Just because you're going to the courthouse doesn't mean you should be in shorts & a halter. (unless they're white :) )
This is your wedding. Make it special.

Wear whatever will make you happy and comfortable in the pictures you will take before and after. There's no set rule when getting married - especially if it is by a JP. Trust me, the JP couldn't care less what you were or look like; this is a personal decision up to you. Heck, for that matter, you can were a full-on bridal gown - but you could also wear jeans. Wear whatever you like, honey - and good luck!

Screw the bikini ***** up there.... You know she has personal issues if that's the picture she posted of herself.
You can wear what ever you want.. and that includes a full blown wedding dress. If you want a cheap one- you can buy one right off the rack at David's bridal for $99.00. If you don't want to spend the money- the wear a nice dress. People wear everything to full blow gowns to simple black dress. I personally think it's great to wear the white gown and have everyone look at you... and then you can go out to dinner or a bar in it for fun!
Good luck and you'll look beautiful no matter what you choose!

First CONGRADULATIONS!
Wish you guys the best in your new life together.
You can wear a simple but pretty white long dress. Or a creme dress. But I would say a white simple nice elegant dress, with white roses as a bouqet.
Or you can wear a puffy dress too, not too puffy, I think that would be really kute! If you wanted a big wedding, than you can wear a puffy dress.
But whatever you decide, it would still be really nice and special in every way.

I would wear a wedding dress that is simple but fancy! Wear whatever you think will look nice for your wedding pictures. Congratulations and best wishes. Also, try to invest throwing a reception so you and your husband can receive presents and you two can party with family and friends on your special day. It doesn't have to be big and invite your family or friends to help to organize and arrange it .
