If so, please tell me:
1. What type it was (pole tent, etc.)
2. Approximate Size/ Approx. # of people under tent (sitting in rows or at tables OR standing)
3. The location (on grass, concrete, etc.)

I would also like to know the overall experience with the tent. Was it hard to set up? Any problems?

Thanks for your time!
:)

Mine was a 40 X 60 with 15 round tables, 4 banquet tables, and a dance floor. I had 100 people there. It was in our backyard . I loved it. It was less formal, but more fun. We didn't have to end the party at a given time so people who couldn't come till late still got to celebrate with us. I had a BBQ place come and do the catering it was really neat. The tent people come and set everything up for you so assembly is not required.

A good, quality motorcycle cover should keep your bike protected from environmental elements, but if you are looking for sometime more, you have a couple things you could try. A storage shed kit is a quick and easy to assemble building kit. They come partially assembled and are affordable and easy to use. That might be a great place to store it. The canopy you are referring to could be a shade sail, which is a tight piece of material stretched taunt over a space. Some of the materials are semi-water proof, but it would not provide the compete protection that a storage area might. Also check the last link below. They have an enclosed shade canopy that is like a portable garage. This might work also.

I've never been to a wedding with a full tent or a similar thing, just 2 Jewish weddings with those small canopies for the bride, groom and minister/rabbi. I forgot what they're called, nothing came up on Yahoo, I guess my spelling isn't even close.

I used a tent and it was GREAT, but expensive.

Ours fit about 150 people and it was over grass.

There are many websites that cater to this. Just google or yahoo Party Event rentals.

1) IT WAS A POLE TENT
2) IT SAT ABOUT 10-15 PEOPLE UNDER IT
3) IT WAS IN THE GRASS (YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE A WEDDING ON CONCRETE.)

THE TENT IS NOT HARD TO SET UP, JUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU TIE IT DOWN TO THE GROUND, IF YOU DO IT RIGHT YOU WON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.

GOOD LUCK
