So, my groom- his mom and his step-dad are helping, his real father(not re-married, and single) and my parents(married) and us (bride and groom) are all contributing and want the names on the invitations... should it be like:
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas and Clare Jones
and
Mr. and Mrs. Johnathon and Emily Anderson
and
Mr. Arnold Smith
request the pleasure of your company
to celebrate the marriage of their children
Nancy Ann Jones
and
Jeffery Nicholas Smith
on Saturday the .....blah blah blah

I have alot of family issues and would probably rather have our wedding away somewhere (plus my fiance doesn't want to stand in front of everyone), but weddings are so expensive to have it away. I figured that if we had it here, even with the reception, it would be at the most $3000.00. I'm trying to find somewhere to have the wedding that will only cost $2,500 - $3,000 to go away for a week. This would be just for us and a few friends (maybe 10 - 20). Do you know of anywhere to have a wedding away at that budget? Have you had one there or know of anyone who did? If so, how was it?

We have not sent our invitations to our October '06 wedding (it's a quickie!). Would it be tacky to have the response cards say to email or phone a response rather than mail it? (as there isn't enough time for mailing back the cards anyway). And how would I word that in an elegant way? Thanks for any help!

We are getting married on Friday, and both of us are pretty much depressed right now! We think it is the stress of work, and all the overwhelming things that come along with a wedding, like family in town and decision making and all that.
We are excited to get married, are very in love, and know we are making the right decision...so what the heck is going on with us?!

We are getting married in Nov 3rd 2007, yes we do have a little bit of time :) I wanted to go to Ireland on are honeymoon but people said that was not a great time to go since it will be soo cold. Can anyone give me advice on Ireland in Nov?? Also if you have any other ideas on where to go! And due to stomach problems and I have no tolerance to tropical batericas... we can not go anywhere tropical or hot. I get very ill and was adivse by a doctor never to go back to any tropical areas. I have never had a problem in Europe. We currently live in PA in the USA. And also I hate Disney so I do not want to go anywhere like Disney World. I rather go some place historical.

i need diffrent opinons from some people ok heres the thing: im 17 ok and my boyfriend of 6 yrs has proposed hes everything i ever dreemed of he puts me first we live in a great apartment in soulth st.paul and goto school in minneapolas
for my 16th birthday he bought me a CAR and relly nice one too and i dident even kno we had that kind of money we after finantally stabe and plan on buying a house after highschool so we can goto collage in st.cloud i love him with all my heart and he loves me to peeses even though we had a problem last week though we worked it out with all u guy's help (thanks) weve never fought ever he even closes his eyes when girls walk bye (its sweet i do the same for guys) hes even talked about haveing a baby after collage i just dont kno if my faimly will approve see he is a indaian and im white and my faimly sent my cousin back to france when she married a asian guy i need help from u guys about how to deal with the faimly.

I have never planned a bridal shower before and I need some help. The bride has chosen a country & western theme for her wedding and wants the shower to kind of reflect that theme too. My older sister had the nerve to call me a fat pig just because I accidently ripped her wedding dress. See my sister is 28 and just got married. I thought her wedding gown was so beautiful that I asked to try it on. She told me "No, you're too fat." I was really offended by what she told me- true Im 300 lbs, but I consider myself big boned, not fat. There's a difference. I decided to prove to her I could fit into her dress (my sister is 150 lbs, but still). The dress looked like it could fit me. A day before her wedding I tried it on and it ripped. My sister found out and called me a fat pig, crying it was an original and that Mom had spent thousands of dollars for it. I was like 'whatever', its a dress- buy another one. My sister told me it was sentimental and that now she would have to buy a cheaper dress, and that it was my fault. Whatever, she got married anyways and now its over. She still resents me for ripping her expensive wedding dress, but I think she was mean.
