if you are that hurt then you need to possibly seek some counselling do help you deal with this. and secondly i would not do anything to this girl that hurt you because anything you do can be reported to the police and she may have every right to get a restraining order,and possible jail time for you (i know because my ex did it to me) i know that you are hurt but don't do anything that you will regret later on down the road

It sounds like you have been really hurt here. Might I make a suggestion - be the bigger person in this relationship and just walk away. From the sounds of it, it really isn't worth it to continue the relationship in any way and that includes trashing her and destroying her life. Hope you have a good day.
