Head for the mountains. Shimla , Nanital or if you want real chilled out honeymoon then head for Manali.
Lot of sightseeing and the weather will not make ya tired so you can have a good night to.

Go goa ... its a super place and u get hotels with ALL budgets... raning from 300 rs a night to 5000 anight ...
North Goa is full of action and people but if u want more peace go to South Goa ... head for COLVA Beach and that junction has over 100 hotels around with different price ranges...
The shacks on the beach are just super and you can have a super romantic walk on the beach at NIGHT ... its extremelly safe even if u are the ONLY 2 on the beach ( which u will not be )

Go where nobody knows you & your wife. Get a suitable hotel or comfortable place there. Stay there till your pocket permit you or u both feel happy

I'll say Darjeeling and maybe you could even go to Shillong i mean meghalaya and go visit cherrapunji the sceneries are just breath taking!
