Presume from what you said you work full time - depending on the hours you work - try your local bars/restaurants etc for bar work/waitressing. It may also be worth trying local garden centres etc for weekend staff. Be careful you could end up putting soooo much pressure on yourself that you be cream crackered by the time your wedding arrives. It's not worth it for one day. Think about cutting down on your wedding plans or re-vamping them to fit in with your salary. By the way - you make no mention of what you finace does - presuming he works can you get some of the money out of him - after all it's his wedding day as well.!

What is the point of working so hard you never see your intended spouse just so that you can get married?
Marriage shouldn't be about an extravagant party and big dress it should be about the two of you making legal vows with the support of family and friends. If you are doing this just for the big party you are doing it for the wrong reasons - for richer for poorer remember. Get a registry office, buy a dress from the high street, make a picinic lunch for your guests, hire a pub in town (normally free on a saturday) get a mate to DJ and have fun! A wedding soesn't have to be expensive - your friends are there to support you not sneer at how little you spent. I've been to a lot of weddings and whilst the expensive ones were lovely I remember the ones where I made something for the bride (a cake, favours, sandwiches etc) and felt honoured to be invited to such a select event much more.

Can you change the wedding date?
Unless you want to work all hours, either save up more slowly for the big wedding you want, or scale the wedding to your budget, you can have a lovely small wedding if you put some research in to best deals and short cuts. Another option is to have a civil ceremony if you need to get married quickly and then have a reception/celebration later when you have the money for the party you want.
Unless you are thinking of drug dealing or escorting there aren't many quick easy answers.
