That is a hard one. I think you may have issues later when your anniversary only comes every 4 years. Or you can look at it in the reverse. You should save and make that year the best anniversary ever. Its a toss up but depends on how disciplined you are. Personally, I wouldn't. Good luck, and congrats

If you are an out of the ordinary couple I would definately suggest it! When my husband asked me to make things official (back when we started dating), I told him yes, but made him wait 2 days so that it could be on February 29th. It just makes things fun!

Oh, heck no!! You would never reach any milestone anniversaries. You'd be married 20 years and only on the 5th celebration??? ( besides I am selfish and want a present EVERY year for all that time and effort.)

no although it's an unique date for both of us but to celebrate it once every 4 years seems a long time.

Yes, then at least my partner would have a good excuse for forgetting our anniversary, and I'd feel bad about it less often.
And after 4 years he'd better have thought of a great present. lol.

Sure! Why not?
Logistically, you could always celebrate (every year) on 2/28 or 3/1.

why not it gives him a good excuse to forget your anniversary and if you wanted to you can celebrate on 2/28 or 3/1 or both days and if your husband forgets on one day he has the another day to get something
