well i usually am the one that people come to for advice and i most allways have the rite thing to tell them, but i am the one that needs the advice this go round. i cant figure out what to do or say to this girl that i am trying to get back together with. we have been talking about it and we both think that we should give it another chance but she just says that she needs some time to put herself back together from the relationship she just got out of like two monthes ago. well i am in no way trying to rush her in to falling back in love with me but i want to help her in any way i can. but i need to know what to say and what to do. i hate to say it but it seams as though i have run out of advice and i need yours, so please help.

So theres this guy, lets call him Frank, and my best friend, lets call her Matilda, used to date Frank. They dated for 2 whole years. Then they broke up this year. So I liked Frank and he liked me, so he asked me out, but we decided to keep it secret. Maddie found out and is now mad at me because she said that I lied. Situation is like this, lets say u know ur gf/bf for about 1 year and u love her but u dont feel the exciment anymore and u want to try something new.And u have a crush on his/her bf but u know that crush is gonna last just couple of days and that ur going to get back to ur gf/bf again...would u still do it?

I just met a young lady at work a few days before she was leaving for another job. Before she left I told her that I wished that I could have worked with her more and that I wished that I could get to know her better. I asked her for her number, and she gave it to me very willingly. Actually I was surprised that she was so responsive; and now I'm feeling a bit nervous. (Go figure).
I want to call her; but I don't want to cross that thin line and seem to eager by calling right away.
(You know, girls don't seem to like guys that are too eager).

Should I wait a few days so I seem nonchalant?
Or should I go for it right away like a hunter?

It seems like no matter how old I get, I still don't know how to approach the girls.

I recently got engaged to my boyfriend of 3 years. I love him to death I truly do but he's going down the wrong path.

I'm a 20 year old medical student going to college. My boyfriend didn't go to college right away he worked at shop rite. He recently decided to turn his life around and attend college he is going to community college his mother is paying for it.

At first he took 4 courses and continued to work at shoprite he is a chemistry major VERY SMART...just doesn't care...he dropped his one class is now taking 3 classes and somehow managing to fail 2 of them!!

I'm really worried....his best buddy also moved in with him over the past summer and I honestly believe that has a lot to do with his downfall. His best friend does numerous drugs and my fiance is smoking pot. He has been doing it for 3 years but more so now....

I asked him what he wanted to do with his life and how he planned to support us he said he'd continue to work at shop rite and every 6 months he'd get a raise

My friend currently has a boyfriend...?
whom she has been with for 4 years...She started working with a good friend of hers, who happens to be engaged...(No wedding plans though...) They ended up kissing and then he told her that he just wanted to be friends, and didnt want to do anything to jeopardize their friendship, and 2 days later ended up making the move to kiss her again! WHat do I tell her to do? It's obvious that neither of them are happy in their current relationships or they wouldnt have cheated...I don't know what to tell her, Im a a loss of words, help!!

So gentlemen... would you rather have a gorgeous girl who laughed at all of your jokes and always tried to impress you and had a great sense of style or..

And independant working minded girl who would stand up tp you if she wants and decides her own decisions, who has brains in her head and who would have deep meaningful conversations with.

The reason I ask this is because all the guys in my school seem to be interested in pretty girls in mini skirts who hate learning and love purses and I'm wondering if any guys out there see beyond the superficial...

Ok I'm only 18 years old. Yes I do realize that I am young but honestly I am having that feeling where I only want one person and one person alone! I want to settle down. I told him I had fallen for him and although he was fine with it initially, long story short, things got difficult and through jealousy and anger i became aggressive and critical of him and itgot quite heated via email.

We are both gay and in our thirties.

We stopped being friends and although we were both at fault, I take most of the responsibility for initiating the hostility between us.

This all happened four months ago and I sentt him an email wishing him a Happy Thanksgiving and telling him I felt responsible and hoped, if possible, to resurrect a friendship if possible.

I added that it may be too soon for him and left it at that.

The next day he sent me an invitation to an art showing he is hosting for a friend taking place next week. No personal message, just the invitation with no writing.

The initial meeting would be awkward for me: how would you handle. How would you act and what would you say?

I'd like some tips on how to manage my jealousy. My boyfriend has been making MORE female friends lately and I'm not totally comfortable with it. I have told him this, 'specially when I found out some of them were two or so years younger than me and he's older than me and we're both still teenagers. (Him-19, Me-17) We live together because he got kicked out and my family doesn't like letting people we know are responsible go to waste on the street.

When needed, I talk to the girls that seem to be getting too clingy. There's only been two for that though, last one freaked out on me because my boyfriend didn't tell her that we got back together after our small break and I had heard they made-out the day after we got back together. (Few days long and they didn't make-out.)

It just worries me when he has so many female friends... And I know some of you will suggest that I meet his friends but I already know that I'd rather not be around some of those girls.

I guess I would classify him a pothead- he has been smoking for 6 years now every other day or so. Do relationships with people who have been smoking weed that much ever work out, why or why not in your personal opinion?
