People live down to your expectations. I try to be ahead of the curve and let them know not to have expectations.

I think I am good. Everyone I know as well as some I don't know, but have had some sort of contact with, say I am a good person. I try to help people in ways of their needs, not what I think they need. Like if I see someone with a flat tire, I will stop to offer help in changing it. I won't ask if I can call for a service truck for them. I offer conversation to lonely people, or shut in, elderly, sickly people. I smile at everyone, because, well, I'm a generally happy person.

People tell me all the time how much they appreciate me, how much I mean to them. How good and decent of a person I am, and my girlfriend said she swears I am an angel or the closest a person can come to one.
I think that without God i am nothing. He is the one that makes me laugh, that gives me joy and the one that keeps me happy. He is the one that has blessed me, and the one that gives me each and every new breath. Without Him, I would be and am nothing.

Well, there us, as we see ourselves, and then there is us, as others see us. There is also the way we would like others to see us. It all boils down to how good do you think you are. We can all strive on being better.
