Singles & Dating - 24 November 2007

OK simple question-please only serious advice-I`ll keep it brief.?
OK-met a guy who lives in another town-he seemed really into me a couple of months ago-but the last time I saw him-although he was different-we are both in relationships that are not working anymore-since then I haven`t heard from him,but he`s not big on communication-I won`t go onto why-too long a story.
All i know is he gives me all the signs he likes me-but then silence.
I don`t know if he`s worried about others getting hurt by this-I know I am-or did I just misread him ?

i have been talking to a guy online, his personality is ok, i mean hes not persfect but i truly am not attracted to him physically however i feel guilty not meeting him for that reason. Do you think my reasons are legitimate. Personally i am rather attractive and dont look for good looking guys specifically as i care more about personality but surely it is important to have a balance otherwise you'll never be happy and content right???

I want to know is it ok to hug danish girls when you say hello or goodbye? For me this is normal, but since moving here to Denmark I noticed girls tend to shake hands rather than hug. I dont mind shaking hands but it seems so formal. Thanks.

About 2 months ago I broke up with a girl, whom I've been on pretty good terms with after about 2 weeks of rumors afterwards about me leaving her for another girl who's a friend of mine. I told her that i didn't like her and i wasn't leaving her for this other girl, which was the truth. But about 2 weeks after this i realized i actually did like this other girl. Now due to a person at school overhearing a conversation with another friend of mine about it, she ended up telling my ex. So now my ex thinks i lied to her and hates me. I don't know how to tell her that i was telling the truth at the time, but now things have changed because, even i admit, the whole situation seems far fetched. I want to make sure everything's ok with my ex and me before i move on with this other girl, who I've found out likes me back. what should i do?

I'm 17 and I've been wondering for a while now, it seems like I can't find a girlfriend...there's a girl I know, she ugly, short, smells,,she's like a monkey, yet she used to have a boyfriend! I mean...I'm happy for her but...I'm not bad looking...but the thing is I only get out when I go to school..maybe that's why I don't meet new people and also..I'm japanese but I don't live in Japan anymore and here even girls are "bigger" than me...ww could it be that?

Me and my boyfriend had been going out for 9months, last night i went out with my mates, and him with his. His mate told him that i have been selping with my ex. He started shouting and physically hurt me. The thing is i don't even keep in contact with my ex. I am actually very flattered to see that many girls on that site are REALLY committed to trying to help all kind of guys to get over their shyness and start meeting the women of their dreams it is really sweet now it is my turn to get some advice!

I met more than one women in bookstores or shopping centers and most of the women are really nice and polite some interested some not, no problems. However, I have a hard time approaching in the bus because there are many people around and on the street because I hate creeping out girls, I am not a creep, I am not a stalker so I want to know what approach scares you and what approach doesn't scare you, I am not interested in what to say as it is different from girl to girl as long as it is not a pickup line but I am interested in knowing how to make her feel comfortable when I approach in those scenerios thanks?

I'm not sure if anyone read the article on the Yahoo page earlier about pretty woman dating ugly men, but it got me thinking.

I've been given many compliments in my life, and I'm well aware I'm not the ugliest person to walk the planet, or the stupidest.

I have an amazing boyfriend. I find him smart, funny and very attractive. I know he could never be a model or one of those guys everyone has a crush on. But I still love him.

I actually find guys who are all muscle a huge turn off!

I have noticed it time and time again... in the first chase stage they are just 'there' for you. Then, it doesn't take long and they subside... You know, they call you at 1:00 am just to hear your voice, or on msn as soon as you sign in... send you sms's 'just to say'... then you find it starts to slip and you end up scratching your head...in confusion and worry. I have spoken to female friends and we almost all agree - all guys do it - even the ones who stick around. Its just like its some shallow primary 'show' to get you in a spin? You get to the stage where you are not impressed by it, or if you really want to beleive it this little voice inside says 'it's just the preliminary dazzle'. Does anyone else agree with me on this and how do you point it out to a pursuer not to fall into this 'intial heat volume thing', that its not necessary to establish a relationship. Normal is best.

Uunfortunately, it has happened to me more than once. A woman invites me to a club, and when we get there she flirts and dances with everyone else but me. I try to get her attention, and she talks to other people anyway, or lets other people monopolize her. I am tired of such humiliations, and I am done with trying to have a relationship with a woman. It is always like this: either they say they have no time, or they lead you on and then they give you the cold shoulder. And don't tell me that there are plenty of fish in the sea, because they all do the same thing WITH ME. What shall I do to prevent further frustration?

.... 6" 4' 190 Lbs well muscled with a thin waistline. Blue eye, sexy lips, 7 inch long straight blonde hair. Endowed to say the least. However I got into a car accident 2 years ago and had to have my appendix, and one of my eyes removed as a result. This makes it appear that my right eye is constantly staring, unfortunately the muscles in my right ocular cavity were removed as well and my eye will relax and role down word making it appear as if I am staring at womens chest. Question for women (Gay guys too) would this be a serious issue in dating?
