All the time on yahoo answers i see "why won'y he/she forgive me" questions. what happened to common decency, self respect and respect for others? i don't understand why ppl think it's ok to cheat, i mean i don't care if it's once or a long term thing. cheating is cheating. my husband and i talked about this before we got married, stating that if you want out, or think you maybe interested in someone else, just say it. we agreed that if one cheats it's over, period. No working it out, or forgiveness. we have a family, a life together, why risk it on a moments pleasure. I hear about people cheating in the first year of marriage, what made you think to get married in the first place? If it's so bad, get out. don't screw with someone you profess to love. so my question is why do it.

my son is a 9 year autistic child n behavioral problems, this morning i eard my son screaming and banging things next thing i heard it was my husband yelling at him and he took his sandal and whacked him on his leg. my son started crying, that's when i came out and started cursing at him i threw him out of the house. i was so upset! he just doen't understand that my son is a speacial child and says that i have him spoiled. which i don't think i do it just that when i put my baby on time out he has no clue why. so that's why i really don't punish him. my husband has been raising my son since he was one year and his biological father it's not in his life so i feel like i am the only that he has to defend him. my husband is the provider here iam a stay at home home of two. i will not divorce him over this unless of course it gets worse. how sholud i let him know that iam serious about him not touching my son?i was thinking about staying with my sister for a couple of days with kids.

ok..I'm getting divorced...I get to see my kids every other weekend and 2 hours at night on Thursday...

my ex signed my little boy up for swimming and it takes up 4 nights a week...

my dilimma is I would like to spend my time taking our kids out to dinner and interacting w/ them..on Thursday...my ex wants me to take him to swimming practice on Thursday (w/ my little girl) and drop him off afterwards....

should I go along w/ it? Am I being selfish to even consider not doing it? It's not that I have a problem w/ it per se...it's just I'd rather spend that time actually talking to him rather than just looking at him swim laps...w/ my daughter bored to tears there as well...

Help! She made these plans w/o even consulting me....and just wants me to "go along with it" for the kid's sakes...

I don't know if she's just trying to put the screws to me or not...

What about it?

This is a complete shock, i had to find the emails between him and this women, and video and pictures. 7 years of my life he was going behind my familys back and yesterday, got caught. I called my mom cause she was out to dinner with him. as soon as he got back. busted. someone i looked up to and someone who i trusted is a different person to me now. i don't trust or wanna be his daughter anymore. my mom doesn't know how to deal with this. we are thinking about getting a family therapist and a mental therapist for my "dad" he has issues because he was mad at my mom for basically nothing and now he has persionally hurt my family and the family of the women. she had two daughters and a husband. they knew because when we called her to yell at her i yelled "slut" and her husband then saw the emails. and left her. good. im good she feels as much pain as she caused me. but now, i have no idea what to do with him in my life or how i should live my life? HELPPPPPP this hurts me so bad!!!!

It's my 40th birthday and my wife asked me what I wanted to do. I said I needed to get some gardening done but would like she and my son to be in the garden with me. My wife would not come outside because she said it was too hot and my son (because mum was inside) did not stay for long. This made me upset as I did the gardening by myself as mum played her laptop games indoors and son joined her. Is it selfish of me to expect my wife to put herself out on my birthday? She is not happy in the heat (or outdoors in general). Still I hoped she'd join me. Please advise.

My Boyfriend and I had recently talked about marriage but he said im not getting an engagement ring this year, which is fine because of our circumstances, but he did say that it would be up to me when it happens and i just dont know it. Why he told me that is beyond me because its always going to be in the back of my mind. I got one clue out of him and all he said is that he has one thing in his mind but me being a woman makes me think of a few things. I just really have no idea. Hubby has found old friend/pash buddy online.
She flirts, tells him she has "yummy" desserts with male dance partners while her hubby has "frozen dinners" She calls him babe and asks him to chat at 2am (he hasn't).
He met her for brunch at an upmarket cafe and doesn't understand me going psycho as he is being above board and honest.

Been with gf for 3 yrs. Have a 2 yr old son together. Her mom is going to college and is taking this course in computers and wants me to do it all. She's bribed me (bought giftcards), my gf puts me on the spot when her mom calls and asks for help. Every weekend I'm spending my time over at her mom's house doing her f'ing hmwk. My gf doesn't want to step in and tell her mom something. I have told my gf off about her mom, thinking this would prompt her to tell her mom to backoff, but still nothing.

Whose responsibility should this be? My gf or mine - to tell her do your own f-cking homework, or am I being a little unconsiderate? I'm already done with college - I don't mind helping but the whole f-ing assignments?

I want a woman to be president but I'm not voting for Hilary Clinton because there was DNA proof that Bill cheated on her and she didnt get a divorce she stood by her man. I believe that women should stand by their man unless there is abuse or infidelities. I dont think she will be a good example for our children. I want a woman president who sticks up for herself. If she would have got rid of him when that happened then she would of had my vote.

wants me to use it to buy a house so he can renovate it and then we split it 60/40 (as in he gets 40% profit and I get 60%). this is a case of my friend , whose wife was in depression and not taking any treatment wanted freedom thru divorce. They both got married in early 2001( arranged ), stayed apart due to work and then joined inthe yr 2002.. husband was too much concentrating on his work ..and had to tour often.. wife working in a co. No kids , she felt helpless she was very angry with her husband and was aloof and indifferent to her inlaws . was in a bout of depression in yr 2004 and walked away to her parents citing that she cant continue any longer ( reasons not happy .. ) , my friend wanted her to b treated , she & her parents didnt co-operate ..she demanded money and divorce for her freedom and got it . ( thru mutual , my friend was very much against it though ) . after much of realisation ,their parents started treating her for her depression and she now she is better and feels she made a mistake of leaving or deserting him.She now approaches my friend for living again together. pls help
