My husband used to have a ton of friends, which were all girls, during high school. He has told me that he secretly had a crush on all of them, including myself, whom he eventually got with. About a month ago an old friend from high school e-mailed him to say hi. He used to have a crush on her. She has e-mailed him several times and of course, he has not responded because he knows it would bug me. A couple of days ago, she e-mailed him again and said she missed him. Am I over-reacting?

My husband is thinking about having a vasectomy. He has two children from a previous marriage and two children with me.

Two years ago he had a lump removed from his testicle and afterwards had stitches and was very sore for a few weeks. It turned out to be a cyst and during the operation his tube on one side was severed, though he is still fertile. Following that when he now orgasms he says it feels different, not so much build up and not as powerful as before. Although he still enjoys it of course!!!

He is very worried that a vasectomy will take the pleasure away he still has.

Have you had a vasectomy? and if so did sex feel the same afterwards?

Women want to talk. Men want sex. To please a man, all a woman has to do is put out for about 30 or 40 minutes and the guy is happy. A man however has to listen to hours upon hours of mindless babble and if he forgets just one thing, JUST ONE THING, the woman goes berserk. And on top of all that, if he actually succeeds in remembering everything, a huge feat indeed, she goes berserk saying that "you’re too clingy." I think the best us men can hope for is a happy medium. Pay attention to the girl, but don't pay too much attention. No matter what, she is going to throw fits for no reason, so you might as well take her yelling at you and not yell back. At least she can't claim that you’re the one who escalates the fights.

All I see is people upset that they or their partner cheated, or they fight all the time, or custody battles. I could go on and on.
I would like to see some stories that inspire couples to have a happier, healthier marriage. How did you meet? Why did you choose this man or woman? What do you do for each other to stay happy? Or anything else you would like to add.

My wife thinks i should still help her around the house when I get home from work. She stays home with the 5 kids and gets to relax in stead of going to work. All she has to do is take care of the kids and clean the house and make sure dinner is on the table when I get home. Is that hard to ask of her? She wants me to even mow the lawn so the kids could play on it. I say she needs to mow the lawn, What do you think? since I work all day from 8 to 4. And all she dose is stay home and do nothing, besides house work, so she could moe the lawn too. Do you think I am being reasonable? Because this is my time to have a beer and watch t.v.

To make a long story short, husband is away for a very long time, cheated since hes been gone and confessed. VERY extreme circumstances, bad situation and I am NOT making excuses for him. He did it and it was wrong, but its a long story. I love him and forgive him-point blank! He wont be home for a very long time and Im very lonely. He got his, so am I entitled to get mine? I can and know where I can. But the question is do i or dont i? Ive never cheated before, ever. This is the one time in my life where i wonder if i could, bc i would NEVER think it if he was home and I KNOW he wouldnt have if he had never left. (The being apart issue, we dont have a choice, Uncle Sam said so) I know I would feel guilty if I did, but I feel like it would relieve the stress i am going through. It would be a one time thing and then NEVER again. I love my husband very much and I know he loves me, that is what makes this situation so hard. If he did it, can I? Pls dont hate me,I'm just hurt and lonely.

My husband and I have a pretty good marriage, but their was a time in our life about 3 an half years ago that we almost split up. He had this job in a group home and you basically do what you want as long as the clients are with you. Their was this one woman who he was with all the time and they ended up messing around one night at work. I found out and not because he told me either. I was furious. I told him that I couldn't be with him while he was working there with her because I could never trust him again. We were at the gas station today and wouldn't he know we ran into this woman and he goes up and hugs her. I'm so mad and upset with him right now and I know I'm probably overreacting, but I don't know what to think.. He knows how much that hurt me and it almost ruined our marriage. What was he thinking? What should I do? I'm want to do the christian thing, but it's so hard right now.

My friend has been married for about three years now with some complications and now her and her partner agree that they should divorce. After they were married she applied for a visa for him. He should have recieved it by now, theyv had theyr interview and everything.

How do you get a divorce while in the middle of all that visa buisness? Do you have to go through some steps to cancel the visa before you apply for divorce? Is it possible to cancel visa papers?

I will tell you - I have reached the level of frustration that if I stay in this any longer I will go crazy and my self-esteeim will go down the loo. I decided to leave my husband. Finally, after realising that it aint' going nowhere - loveless, sexless, childless at 35. The only question I have is - why does he not do anything about our issues? It should be pretty simple, right? You tell your partner what bothers you, he listens, tells his point of view, you both figure out the solution that suits both. With him it's like this - I tell, he gets angry, does not admit it, reminds me of my faults, would not own any of his misdeads, gets cold, withdraws, sulks, ignores me. Like a baby. While I am still trying to be nice: offer him breakfast, etc. Why? Why? Why? He tells me he wants to fix it. Then this s..t all the time. I just think it's time to let go.

What do you think of people from Yahoo Answers (specifically Jane who asked about asexuality and masturbation) who asks questions and then when you give them an honest answer, they email you and cuss you out about it?

I personally think that they are too thin-skinned to be on Yahoo Answers.

My husband and I are bill free but have reoccuring expenses such as groceries, auto insurances, phone bill, etc. He believes we should split all of these bills 50-50 as well as entertainment costs (i.e., if he buys dinner for our family one night then I should buy it the next time). This sounds reasonable I guess, but the reason I am confused is because he earns roughly 70,000 Euro per year, and I earn roughly 30,000 dollars. Is it fair that we should split everything 50-50 even though he earns more than me, or am I right to feel slighted?
