Marriage & Divorce - 18 August 2007

My dad has this program with cpl where he pays the same amount every month wich is 241. a month. Well at the end of the yr. he gets this bill of 2,471.00 and states, thats what he owes. This was not explained to him. Hes had this for over 5 yrs and nothing like this has happend but when we called them they said we have to pay or light will be cut off. So is there anything we can do to knock off that bill or is that final we have to pay it. I would like to know if anyone else had or has this problem?

I told my husband he did something to hurt my feeling the other day and instead of him being understanding he turned it all around and started an argument with me. Everytime I try to talk to him about anything it turns into an argument and it ends up being about him. Well anyway since then I've been really depressed and sad and just feel like crying. I feel empty and don't know who to turn too and to make matter worse prior to the argument I found out that day my brother has an aggressive cancer so I don't want to bother my family with my problems. I just wish I had someones shoulder to cry on right now.

My sister of only 20 got married young to her future ex-husband also 20. They have only been married for 2 years and have a 18 month old child. She told him she want a divorce because she figured out he had been buying porn on the internet. Lets just say enough to put them in the cash hole. This had been going on this whole time and she finally said enough. Other than his porn addiction he is a great guy, saying that with a grain of rice. Now all it is her fighting for primary custody but he says he wants her every other weekend because he doesn't want her ruining his weekends. But in court there is no way to proving he said it. still he wont give her primary custody? Is there any way to get past this? What will the court most likely do? Or is it better just to try and solve this agreeingly? She wants to be able to take a job offer is another state but cant do it with all this mess? Help me understand what the best approach is?

I have posted previously about my marriage. (please read)My husband just doesn't want to have sex with me. He gets very upset when I try to be intimate with him. Like to the point that we fight. His sex drive is just so much lower than mine and I don't understand. I really feel it is me and when I try to just talk to him about it he starts fighting with me. I am so confused and sad... The porno has lessened mostly because I installed a filtering program. I think if he is horny he should be with me... You met him when you were 18 and he was 34
You were inexperienced and far away from your family and came to the city for University, he worked in construction and odd jobs.
You liked him and he invited you to his place, you went there and he pressured you into sex and you got pregnant.
He pressured you into marriage. His proposal was, "lets get married my child has to have my name". You paid for the marriage license, because he said he was broke when you got to the city hall.
You continued going to school through your pregnancy had the baby and also graduated, you got a good job after your studies.
You encouraged him to go to University and you helped him with his school work. He graduated and you helped him apply for jobs but he can't hold down any job he has had. He is back doing construction from time to time.
He says you look down on him, and he yells at you, your parents and kid. He gets into fits of rage and blames you.
He tells lies about you and says without him you'd be dead.

Most of the time when you think about a threesome it is a man wanting to be with two women. Do you think it is weird for a man to want to be involved in a threesome with his wife and another man? 7 years ago I caught my husband having an affair. Back then I thought he had a major problem with sex and so did the counselor we went to. She thought he was addicted to sex. He blamed me for everything and counseling sessions were a place where I went and left feeling like crap and he went and left feeling great. I know we should have changed counselors, but he wouldn't do that because this one was working for him. I guess I lack a little confidence... anyway, we went to counseling and I thought he stopped having affairs. I found out for sure last week that I was wrong. He's actually seeing at least 2 different women now. I've confronted him and now he feels bad and he'll go to counseling and he's sure hes addicted to sex and "if I were addicted to drugs, wouldn't you work through it with me". I told him 7 years ago, if I ever caught him again I'd never forgive hime. I really feel that way. I also think he's been having affairs our whole marriage. Help...

This is his FIRST fathers day... and I want it to be REALLLLLLY special for him.
I cannot afford anything TOOO expensive. I do not want to get him any video games, I feel he has enough. I don't want to get him cd's or dvd's.. I just want to get him something personal, or perhaps something he can REALLY use... or that he REALLY needs. Our daughter is 8 months old if that helps with Ideas.
