Get to know her, ask her out!
And keep your confidence- don't tell her how she must feel about you! Who cares about old boyfriends. She isn't seeing them anymore. You want her to see you. And if you tell her that you aren't better than them, she will have no choice but to take you at your word and not waste time.
Chin up! You're a good guy, right? Be kind and respectful, be yourself, and let her see your good qualities.

just talk to her a lot.
make her laugh
ask her if she wants to get lunch or something (as friends)
keep doing that and be a gentalman
then after a while, ask her on a date
