i am though married depend financially on my parents. my wife not pulling on well with my parents. i am being / have been subjected to emotional torture by both sides and its a pity that for their respective ego problem neither side really worried about the future of my children. instead it is being used as a cue that all these problem is solely cause of my 'drink' which i take in parties. But unfortunately i have been posed as a drunked by both at their convince to aggravated the situation. Most unfortunate being that this fact has also been put in the mind of my 10 yrs old son by non other than my wife ! now my wife amidst a quarrel with my mother has left with her belongings as well my children for her parents house that too when i was in a death bed in the hospital !!! c has started emotionally blakmailing my children not to keep contact with me ? but the kids though loves me too much(cause my wife hardly takes care of their needs) can't also leave the mother so are now in a un-do

Why are they not talking to their lovely mate?

I was spending the nite with my boyfriend and his daughter stood outside the bedroom door and offered to call the police to have me removed from the house because he and I were arguing. It was just a dis agreement and he had been drinking all evening with his son in law. I had to have heart surgery and I was upset that she was still going to be there when I got out of the hospital.
She lived with him for about a year with her husband and children. Claimed she could not make it financially, so she moved home about the 3rd time in 4 yrs. Bought all new appliances and a house.
I dislike her so much that I just dont go to his house when she is there and I try not to pay attention to her. I try very hard to keep it to myself. I have my own opinion about her and the way she manages to manipulate and live off her dad who works constantly makes me sick. I think its time for her to grow up, get a job and be an adult. Her dad has serious health issue
How do I deal with this? Is it me?

my husbands mom died awhile back. She was married twice, her second husband was the only real father my husband ever knew. He never did adopt him. But they had a daughter together, which is his only real child. Well his only know dad has been sick alot and he owns the land that our house sits on and also his moms brothers house sits on part of his land. My husband talked with his sister about this after thier mom died and she told him that he could have the land as she would never move back here to live. But after his mom died her husband changed everything to his name. Then he remarried and she has 4 grown kids with kids of thier own.So if he was to pass who would legally be intitled to the land? and if she got it could she kick us all off the land? { I don't think she would, shes very nice} But I would like to know just in case. Thanks Dusty-too

So My husband left me and our daughter after he "decided" that he was not ready for marriage... A few months later I met my boyfriend.. we very casually dated.. but it soon became seriouse.. We truly had a perfect relationship. Neither of us would have changed a thing, and looked forward greatly to getting married and starting a life together. Then. His church got wind that he was dating a woman who was still married (Me and my X are filed, but theres a lot of issues to bang out). He has now decided after 10 months of dating me, that we need to take a "break" until my divorce is final. I am so hurt by this, he didnt have this thought in his head until his minister confronted him. I dont know how to "wait". I dont know how to see him every week and talk to him and not kiss him or feel love for him. I just cant seem to stop crying because it just hurts that hes chosen this NOW. NOW after 10 months he has a "religion" check...

Sometimes he's really mean to her and say really innapropriate things, infront of me and my parents, and perhaps infront of other people too..So I wonder what he could do .. or say to her when they're alone...They don't really come here much either (I still live with my parents, I'm only 17 and she's 34) and they used to come here a lot. She seems down sometimes too. Am I right to be worried? My parents are worried too, what is there to do? Btw they have 2 kids, 6 and 4 years old

I have had a significant decrease in salary and am on the verge of bankruptcy and so have decided to stop paying alimony. What kind of issues can I expect? Of course, I'll have to move out of state and will probably have a warrant on me, but should I cash in my IRA? What will they do to my Bank Account, etc?

Ok, I'm in a bit of a pickle, I think!! My fiance and I broke up almost three weeks ago and at the time, my two children and his son were all living together. My ex was throwing my children and I out of the house with nowhere to go, so in a bit of anger and desperation for my children to have a place, I took whatever money was left in mine and my ex's joint savings account and got a place. His family is saying that I stole his money, but it was in our joint account and I had contributed a little money to it. Am I to face charges or what-not for taking that money and closing out our joint account? Was I wrong for trying to provide a safe place for my children?

I've been married for about 20 years. I consider myself a good person, a good husband and a good provider, for my family. My wife and I have always had a rocky relationship. She's one of those people who is loud and flys of the handle easily. She fusses at me and we get into arguments a lot. She trys to embarass me at times and can be a real b---ch. Sometimes she's okay but most of the times she's not. I've never cheated on her because I'm not that kind of person. In the past few months there is a single young lady at work who is always polite, kind, and compliments me. I find myself looking forward to seeing her at work. Work was a real drag until I met her. She hasn't a clue but I think about her often. I know the difference between infatuation and true feelings but this lady is wonderful. Her compliments are genuine and she says she likes it that I listen to her and enjoys talking with me. Then when I go home at the end of the day, the bubble bursts. Is it wrong to I feel this way?

Hi I'm 18 years old and I plan on popping the question to my girlfriend when she turns 18 later this year. But I don't plan on getting married until I am 19 to 20 which will be later to next year. But I wanted romantic and memorable ideas to propose to her. The idea I had was take her to her favorite rock band concert and get the lead singer (Chester Bennington) to bring us upon stage and propose to her infront of all those people. What do you guys think?

Okay my husband of 4 yrs and i are divorcing because he has anger managment issues that led to an instance of physical abuse. We had been seperated for 3 months because of non-stop fighting nothing i did was correct or was done to his satisfaction. He was staying in our pool house and he came home drunk into the main house where me and my daughter from a prior relationship were still living.I locked him out of the masterbedroom he broke down the door punched me and dislocated some of my fingers.Police came it was reported but i never filed charges. My husband disappeared for 6 months and i stayed in the house.Few weeks ago he moved back in without my permission so i took my daughter and left with just our personal poccessions.Am i allowed to file charges against him this late and will it speed up the divorce?

I'm moving out of state and am seeking custody of my 8 year old daughter. I understand move-away cases are difficult, but could anyone give me any pointers on which subjects to touch on when I go into court to request full custody and permission to relocate with my child?

I have people telling me that California is a "pro-mother" state but I also have people telling me that the courts are not going to let me take her. One of my biggest arguments will be that the father lives in a one bedroom apartment with my 12 year old stepson and all three of them sleep in the same room when it's her week to be with him, however, I have a three bedroom and she and my 14 year old daughter will have their own rooms.

Does the fact that she's a girl play any part in a judges ruling?

I don't want any responses pro soymilk. My preg. kid and her hippy husband allow no cows milk, they eat tacos off a stand and profess healthiest diet. I have to back far off from this cause the skinniest, always going to the doc kids I've seen have similar diets! My other daughter says well their alive at least. I'm so sickened I can't watch the situation its too idiotic for me. Could anyone out there have had a similar situation? Again, don't lecture me, I've seen these sickly looking kids.
