we are scheduled to go to court tom. am and have paid over 6,000.00 this month will the prosecutor not take me to jail?? I have filed for continuance. Because my attorney had to w/draw because of proff. diff. in this case. Her w/ draw has went thru however my cont has not anyone know ??

Well since you've been paying there the judge will see that you've been paying. when you go to court ask to talk to one of the attorneies there and let them know that your attorney is not representing you anymore. Keep you chin up and hope for the best.

At this point in time, you may just have to show up for court in case but chances are itll be for not and the case will be continued. But if the case is not postponed and you dont show then youll have double the problems and the courts wont help you out ever again. So if you have heard nothing just show up to be on the safe side with all receipts and paperwork you have. Good luck
