i have custody of my kids can my ex stop me from taking them on a week vacation out of state? Nothing is noted about this in the dievorce papers.

If your ex wanted to be a realas.hole he could. Best to cover your butt and just get permission from the courts that this is only a vacation and not an attempt to relocate them as this does happen way too often. Get the permission and have a great time
