I want a divorce, and I have not had intimacy with my husband for 3 1/2 months. And he says that he is living a miserable life with me. I think we are more then ready, we really can't stand one another besides he is very violent when he gets mad. We are more on the friends side. But we are desperate for a divorce.

I really love my husband and he treats me and out two children well. We have been married 12 yrs and lived together for 3 before that. He is not very educated but is smart and did well with his job. We have gotten older now and his job has peaked and he doesn't seem to want to get any education so he can enhance his life. He is 38yrs. I just don't understand his lack of ambition. Or is it just me. I can do well for us but I have so many responsiblities I am exhausted. We have a wonderful family. How should I approach this? How should I feel?

Some men believe their wife's body is their property and so they can have sex no matter if she consents or not. It's hard to call it rape in a marriage. The cops are reluctant to call it that because they weren't there to see a wife struggling and begging him to stop. they probably just think that it was rough sex, when a man rapes his wife it hurts so deeply because when a wife doesn't want to make love there usually is an underlying reason. Some of mine were illness, just gave birth, knew he was cheating, tired ,mad at him,and the fact that i was sick of being beaten definitely took away my sex drive, When a man just takes it. it strips away the last bit of conrtol a woman has. This is serious agony. I used to love him but now the very thought of him sends chills all through my body. No, I did not like it. I really wanted & begged him to stop, Not only did he rape me he got me pregnant. I love my baby but why did I have to get pregnant. This happened after I finally got fed up w/ him.

My wife and I have had a long distance marriage for sometime and she had been telling that she has been feeling very lonely off late.As a person she needs regular sex and I think its the lack of this which has led her to cheat on our marriage.I feel so coz I saw a pack of condomns in our house which do not belong to me.On asking her she confessed that she had sex but,she isnt having an affair. It was a one night stand coz she was too lonely and could not resist the temptation. She said that she tried all possible sex toys but it did not work. She is convincing me that these rules of marriage are society created and as long as she is not into a full-fledged affair she is not cheating on me.Just that she as a person finds the urge for regular sex and finds it difficult to resisit if she doesnt get it for sometime. She is very loving and a very caring person otherwise.I am really not sure what should i do?

I never thought I'd be in this situation. My husband is a good guy, but he drinks alot and it's to the point that it is causing tension on our relationship. I'm not happy because of the alcohol (I was subjected to alot of pretty bad things as a child due to drinking) and he's not happy because we've grown upart emotionally and physically...he thinks that I'm not interested in him anymore...that I'm not attracted to him and he doesn't feel wanted. I can't get him to understand that I cannot be with an alcoholic, I am interested and attracted to him when he's sober, but the first thing he does when he gets home is crack open a beer. Also, as far as the intimacy problem goes I have always had some issues because I was molested when younger (he knows about it.) I really don't know what to do next. He doesn't want to try counselling or even church. We're talking about spending some time upart, but what if we never get back together? I don't want to throw almost 13 years away. Any advice?

She's creating an unhealthy environment for our son by traveling away every week with him to her boyfriends. She won't let him get a job or participate in special activities, because it interferes with her time with her boyfriend. She won't address the issues she's creating and I've had to take her to court to get some help for our son. I just need to hear from other parents who have gone this route, what their experience was, and how effective it was.

My husband of 5 years has been spending more and more time with his friends lately. He's even begun chatting with a woman online. I've read some of their e-mails, and it's nothing inappropriate (he mentions me quite a bit), but I'm starting to feel that our family isn't in his #1 spot anymore. Am I being too sensitive about this? Or should I back off a bit and let him do his thing?

i have no contact with him, as he wants nothing to do with his child, and has said so to the solicitor, so why does he have to loiter near my little ones nursery? the first nursery he went to last year my ex did the same ! my little one wasnt settling there so i took him out and my ex is now being spotted at the new one? the person who spotted him said to me that maybe he is checking to see how we both are ? but he has my number and he knows where we live

I have checked and although my house was in my name when we got married we then changed it to joint names so we could get a remortgage to make house improvements .My husband then used his money to pay of this mortgage. I know itsa long shot and really its a solicitor question but just wondered as me and my children lived in this house at the time I married my husband does that give me a stronger leg to stand on if my husband tries to claim half the house. I know I have to give him the money back but he might try to make things akward for me somehow

I had a heart cath about 3 yrs ago to have a heart procedure done. I waited 18 yrs to correct the problem because the technology was not available to fix it until now. I researced it and I made sure the cardiologist who did it was the best in the business.
I got all my affairs in order and arranged for my kids to be financially taken care of if I died while I was on the table.
I had a long talk with 2 of my sisters and made sure my heart was right with God. I prayed for 3 months worrying I would not survive and finally went into the hospital for the procedure which for me was very risky. My son and my significant other went with me.
The procedure went well, I survived and the physician told my significant other and my son I did well and I would not have to worry about the problem creeping up anymore.
After I went into recovery,my significant other called his 2 sons and ex wife I did well and would be coming home soon.
Why did he call them instead of my family?

When I blow my load in the snatches, I make the most ugly face ever...like I'm taking a deuce.

The women I'm with look like they are in pain when they reach orgasms.

Is this normal?

I hid a tape recorder and heard her talking with her ex on the phone and making a secret meeting him at a park. I also heard her talking with a friend on the phone and she said she was thinking about cheating on me with him. Do I confront her with this now or wait and try to catch them together?

I have moved back to NY after living in Florida for 15 years. When I got divorced I got a no-fault Florida Divorce. My ex-wife has had trouble handling my daughter, my daughter is 21 but since she has learning disabilities she is uncapable of making an important decision. My ex-wife half-hearteldly said that in the future in my daughters attittude didnt change she would think about putting her in a group home. This was very upsetting to me and I would like to know what rights as a father do I have in the state Of NY. I am pretty sure that my ex has total custody and is probably my daughters legal guardian. This was a mistalke that I made when I got dicvorce something that I have to live with. Does my ex-wife have to get my permission from me if she was to put my daughter in a group home. I have no problem if my daughter was to live with me. I would welcome this with open arms. I love my daughter more thananything in the world. any advice would really be appreciated. THANKS!!!

but you didn't know for sure how she felt about you and you were scared of rejection so left the woman alone and went onto a woman that did show more interest. But even after you did this, you couldn't get your mind off of the woman you really wanted. Do you keep what you have and move on, or would you over come your fear of rejection. How would you handle this one?
