You stop it by leaving her.
you may feel hurt and it may take a while to get over it, but if you leave her she cannot cheat on you anymore.

You remove yourself from the situation and refuse to be waiting on the sideline. Then the person has to make a choice and since one is out of the picture the game ends. As long as the two people are involved with her she cannot make a choice so someone has to make the choice for her! Imagine the glory that she feels having two men both in love with her ......this must give her the ultimate feeling like a queen on her throne. Her chain of security must be broken and when this happens she will be forced to make a decision. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by calling her bluff. If you are not choosen you win anyway because then you can move on in your life and find someone that knows where they want to be with you sweetie. Best wishes.

If your spouse is cheating and not for the first time then file for a divorce and let her have the other man. Let her know that you will not put up with the cheating again. You should not have to put up with someone who is cheating again and again. Your wife and her boyfriend deserve each other.

Why allow your wife have her cake an eat it too. Would she allow you to do the same???
Tell her you want to start seeing another woman and see her reaction to what you want. I bet she won't like that idea. If she has a problem with that, tell her you want to separate to think, thinks through but not living in the same home.
Also, don't give her any attention in the mean time either. Show your attention to someone else even it wil kill you. Give her some of her own medicine and see how she likes it.
But most of all, don't take seconds to any man.
I am a female, and its wrong what she is doing to you.
The very best to you.

Let me guess.. you married a bad girl and expected her to change.... well too bad for you it ain't going to happen. you chose stupid and now...your suffering the consequences.....
so did you ask your self how this happened?
what did you do to encourage her to step out?
where did you go wrong?
now. put your foot down and walk out. leave.
don't confront her just leave....there is nothing you can do to change her. she knows she's hurting you and nothing you can do or say is going to change the fact she is stepping out. there are 3 things you leave a marriage for...adultery,addiction and abuse... and this definitely qualifies....
now comes the point where you don't get in to a new relationship until you figure out those first questions asked. find out what you did and attempt to fix them prior to the next relationship.
and for heavens sake Quit sleeping with the current girl...there's nothing that ticks me off more then people who settle for the current fish on the menu just cause its available... do the right thing and leave!

Refuse to let her come running back to you and get a divorce and move on. That is unless you like being a yoyo.

Leave her.
Staying with her only enables the behavior. You want her stop, give her a reason. Leave her.
Why would you want to be with someone who direspects you on a regular basis?

Tell her you're done with her out cheating on you and mean it. Either pack up and go or tell her if she's seeing her boyfriend that she'd better move out with him since you're not taking this shite anymore
