My husband left me to deal with a newborn, and an 11 yr old full of attitude and a sick dog to go to work 3 hrs away. He was gone for weeks at a time, and when he came home all we did was fight. Well he finally came home for Christmas and decided to try and find work closer to home. But I'd ordered the computer before and when it came in I started chatting and made some really nice friends.One of these friendships has developped into something else..something deeper.I've fallen in love with him.Then in Feb my husband noticed that when I was chatting with this person my facial expression changed.. Needless to say we fought even more and then finally right before easter we nearly split up. I'm still in love with my husband and we have since then reconciled but I find that I'm still in love with this other man too. He is in another country and plans on moving to Canada within the next couple of years. I don't know what to do. My chatting with this man no longer bothers my husband...

I am getting a divorce. I had to move out of my home. I have 4 kids. The youngest goes to college in the fall. I haven't gone to court yet to establish maintence. (Allomony)
I have eight dollars to my name. I am not working. I have applied for several jobs. It is very hard to find anything when you have been a stay at home mom for 23 yrs. My husband cheated on me, but I am the one paying for it. I need to know if there is anywhere I can get finacial help.
Right now my husband is paying my rent. But he keeps reminding me that it can end any time he wants.
Someone please help me!

I am 24 and my boyfriend of seven months is 34. The age difference is almost 10 years. At this point it isn't a problem but I'm concerned it may become an issue in the future.
We have a very solid relationship - we are both working professionals who enjoy our jobs and are beyond the college, 'discovering ourselves' period. I feel we have no problem relating on the same level and have excellent communication. All in all, what we have is wonderful. . . he has mentioned marriage a couple times but I am quick to let him know I am not ready for that yet and he doesn't push it. A friend recently warned that 10 years may be ok now but that in a few years things may not be so great. I admit this scares me - in addition to this he has diabetes and I'm scared complications could result in some difficult situations for our relationship. Has anyone else been in a relationship with a similar age difference? Can you give me any advice on how you dealt with such issues?

My son met up with a girl who he'd been crazy about for years. He paid for her divorce, and they were quite happy. She has 2 kids, a 5 year old girl and a boy going on 2. He has been very good to her, and asked her to marry him. She was quite happy about it. Then she got pregnant.
Then all of a sudden things changed. She wouldn't talk to him or cook or clean.
Then her daughter told her dad that my son slapped her in the face, and he called CPS. They investigated, and it turned out that she had lied. My son felt like a criminal in his own home, when he had done nothing wrong.
His woman had already been acting funny and wouldn't talk to him. We advised him to go home and talk to her and work it all out. When he got home, all he found was a note telling him that she was not happy. She had packed up clothes and said that she would come back for the rest of her things.
He's totally confused, and thinks maybe she was using him. Need objective feedback. I'm confused too!

About a year and a half ago my husband came home from work late, told me he wasnt in love with me anymore and wanted a divorce, I told him he wasnt trapped and he could leave if he wasnt happy. Then he got a bag of things and left. I was 8 months pregnant. He was gone for 4 months in which he had an affair.

I did not know about the affair and asked him to attend marriage counceling while his affair was going on. He did go with me but lied about being involved with anyone when our counceler asked him. I allowed him to move back in, the affair still unknown. Later I found cell phone records, he was still contacting her. We have since moved states, no more contact.

Despite my pain. I decided to give the marriage some time. I read stories that sometimes affairs made marriages stronger. But over one year later, I am very unhappy. Every time I need something from him for my recovery it is like pulling teeth. He says I am demanding and that he doesent want to argue.

physically is less important to me, love comes from the mind to the heart to arousal...
he says he loves me and buys me pretty gifts for b-days and v-days, provides good financial support and helps with raising our son, but when it come to everyday he doesn't trigger a wave in my brain...
I hate to think that I need to get this satisfaction from friends or outside, but life feels so dull when there is no emotion, he used to be all over me when we met, so energetic and used to adore me and enjoy me like fine food, but now after 15 years of marriage and that is long gone I feel there is not much left if at least he can't excite my mind first.
I 've always felt that I need to be with a man of a higher intelligence level but I need to keep this marriage together for our son's sake.
Any advice? How do you cope with it?

I am in a one car relationship and My husband works night. I attend school in the morning and he can't seem to wake up to take me. The car is a stick and I don't know how to drive those yet but I am trying to learn but I have to wait till he has time and is awake.

my hubby and i have been married for a year next month. we are both teens, he is in iraq and we have a baby boy. we have been together for 4 years total and have had the worst relationship imaginable. despite our harsh relationship, somthing has keept us together. well, up until recently i havent felt the same about my husband. for some reason i really do feel like i have to spend the rest of my life with this man. its not like he has been there more for me to make me feel this way. he is on the other side of the world and we hardly talk. but today i asked my husband if we could grow old together, and he cried. i think he has started to really feel that way as well.

i just want to know if any marred people feel this deeply aobut their spouse? Like there is NO doubt in your mind that you will be a million more times in love 60 years from now?

I have been married for 2 yrs and we have a daughter is is 3 years old. The other night i was looking for something on my computer and found a conversation my husband had had with a young girl, whom I don't get along with. In the conversation, he told her that he needed to "cut me loose and make arrangements for our daughter" later on in the message he asked this girl to hook him up with some of her friends so he can "ditch this wife" of his. I immediately confronted him about it and he said that it was a mistake that i read it and later he said it was a mistake he had written. I'm very lost in what to do about this. He seems very apologetic right now and doesn't want to talk about arrangments for our daughter. Im originally from the states, he is from Canada. We currentlly live in Canada. Please some advice.... I've heard alot about men saying I always knew that I would marry her!
My boyfriend told me that he wants to marry me but when we're ready, we've only been together 8 months. Yet I don't know is there a way to tell if a man is thinking about you in a marrige future type or if he's just with you.

I love him but I'm scared about the future I feel like I'm giving my all, I just want to make sure that we'll end up together in the end for real.

I hear a lot of times women say they are going to marry their boyfriends they day dream about where they will live talk about how many children they want to have and then BOOM they break up, and she's left heart broken!

How do you prevent that?

my husband tells me that he loves me but he has never given me more than $160 to have for myself at a time. he is only happy with me when having sex and he dosent care if i am wet or not.many times i have painful cuts in my private part becos he forced his male organ in and this person can beat me when i annoy him. pls help me i am confused is this love, intimacy or romance? am at a crossroad now.

Would you feel like you were getting a pay cut if you where working for a company that put 5% into your 401K in addition to what you what put in there, and you were guaranteed a raise every year that ranges from 2% to 5% if you then went to a company who does not guarantee a raise every year, but the year you don't get a raise they will you one week vacation and a check for $500.00 as an alternative.

The other pros and cons are the 1st company offers the raise and the 5% into your 401K, but there is no room for growth, and there will not be, and based on what I am asking for, if I get this new job with the two cons of no percentage going into the 401K, and no guarantee of a raise every year, I would be making about $4255.00 more annually. SO my question is would I really be taking a pay cut?

Also the 1st company gives you a raise, but it's about $500.00 to $800.00 added onto your annual salary

Example: $30,200.00 to $30,800.00

Hello,

I am with my boyfriend for 5 years(living with him for 4 years). We had our ups and downs and sometimes I've asked myself if I was with the "right one", but I've always took the decision to stay with him.
My boyfriend, is caring, honest, mature, we have a great relationship, we communicate, respect and love each other.
He popped the question in december and I said yes, without hesitation.
But, now that the wedding is coming , I'm totally freaking out!! I am questionning myself every day, I look at other guys, I'm even dreaming about my ex-boyfriends!! I so want to take the right decision! Is it normal?
