I'm a DAV disable vet I get over 2500 a month for my disablity from the V.A. and Over 1300 from my Goverment job that also retired me...My question is, I know I will have to pay child surpport, but what about alimony??can my disablity from the V.A. be garnashed??

My husband has been chatting with an old girlfriend of his from 5 years ago, on his my space page, she knows were married and she's married as well. I don't mind him chatting with her but he doesn't know that i know and I don't understand why he's not telling me. What should I do?? I am afraid to tell him that I know.

My in-laws are crazy people and have always been. They didn't attend my wedding. My mother in-law talks to my husbands ex and buys her son (which is not my husbands child) the same stuff as she does for my son (her real grandchild). My mother-in-law encourages weird and sick behavior between her daughter and my husband (1/2 brother and sis). She claims it's normal because you are brother and sister. She bad talks me and never has been there for us. We decided not to speak to her for the sake of keeping our family intact. However, my husband keeps going back to here the nonesense such as "You should leave her" you can always have kids with someonelse. Life goes on. It's easy to say, coming from a person whose been divorced 3 times and let her kids when they were growing up. Yes, her daughters were taken away and she left my husband as a teen. The term family means absolutely nothing to this women and I don't want her negativity or need her presence in our lives. Am I right?

okay i need clarification on this, when you get married, you have a joint bank account. and then you divorce. what happens?

I met this guy ,wich is very nice and I realy like him ,but he comes from a rich family and never been married before( I was married and have kids ),wee went out couple times and everithing seems ok ,but I was wondering if I should be worried about the diferences between our class scale !

My ex has moved not one inch from 3 and a half years ago.I left for someone else after 22 years. So be it.50% of marriages end in divorce. She has dedicated her life to making mine as difficult as possible, lying in court, making false allegations of "harrassment" ( I havent spoken directly to her in 3 years) and the like.. does this ever end????

I would have put this in singles/dating, but it seems like only middle school and high school kids live on that page. So when you are looking for a real relationship, not just someone to date a few times. Also not necessarily marriage. What do you think is the best way. I am leary of the seak and destroy desperation method of internet sites and bars. I also realize someone is not going to just walk up to your door and introduce themselves. i have been on here before with this ,so far this is whats going on since my last post..last yr in may i sued for full support after only recieving 50a wk for 4 boys this has been going on since 96 when he walked out on us.i have had primary custody of our four boys since.he only took them every other weekend and holidays never called the boys during the week they would have to call him he wasnt in the picture much at all .i would call him to be more involved but i would always hear i am to busy.
well once i finally sued him for full support now he wants to take ours sons whom i raised on my own his big 50awk didnt do crap.i did everything for our sons docs,dentist,er when they were hurt ,took care of them when they were sick,stayed at the hospital with my son for his surgeries.went to schools to get my sons help.

now he wants to say i am unfit i dont drink i dont smoke i never did a drug in my life unless prescribe .i was and still am a full time mom..my sons are 17,15,13 oldest18

Okay.....I'm just wondering if anyone goes through the same thoughts and confusion that I do..? I am so tired of the ups and downs of my relationship. Does anyone feel like their spouse just doesn't get them? Do you often have arguemnets and feel like they never get resolved ever, maybe because you just totally got misunderstood by your spouse? But this happens often. I want to be best friends with my husband. But we are soooo different, and have such different views and ways of looking at things. He is not a bad guy, but he is so set in his ways. I feel like I live life his way, my thoughts don't count much for anything. I'm just looking for people who can relate. I know this sounds stupid. This is what I mean. I know there are alot of attractive women out there and I dont care if my husband takes notice. But he looks all the time when with me,computer,tv,even has mag. at work he looks at when he isnt busy. He told me all guys look at women all the time it has nothing to do with not being happy with their wives.I am married and have eyes to and I dont feel the need to look at guys all the time I might see a good looking guy but i dont say oh he is so hot look at his butt. We get into a argument over this alot. I look good not as good as I would like but I am doing something right because other men take notice not to brag I dont do anything to make them. been married 2 years now and love my wife to bits.. but when we married she was a sexy size 8 and i loved it. since then she has nearly gone to a size 14 shes probably in between 12-14, and i haven't complanied to her at all. ive tried diplomatically saying that we should join a fitness class together, or does she wana come swimming wiv me on sundays or after work, i even went on a diet myself thinkn she mite take notice and follow. but unftly she hasnt and wont. the worst thing is that i dont find her size sexy, in fact it is a real turn of for me. i dont want to sound disrespectuful to women of that size , it just doesnt do it for me. now i am finding myself in a tricky situation cos i whenever i see a sexy lady on the london tube or about town i admire abit more than i should really. i find myself fantasising and i am starting to feel guilty. i dont no wat to do now should i say something?? i dnt want to hurt her but i need to sort this out. ....

I want my wife to live in our home after I "move on". The house will be in a trust to then be an inheritance for my "children of my first marriage". They won't get the house until she passes on or decides she doesn't want to live there anymore. ?..can my trustee decide she wants to live there? Can the trustee have the right to add on to the houde or use it as a vacation home?(it's a beach house)... what are the boundries?

Their primary residence about 3/4 a mile away with their mom. I have a great job, my health and alot of friends(female included) and family. Sometimes I miss my kids to the point where it makes me sad. Will time heal the pain or is there any other suggestions out there?

This is a bit difficult too discuss but I will try in hope to find some suggestions... My brother hates my husband of 3 years. Even when I was dating him, my brother threatened to kill him! I have been together with my husband for nearly 7 years before I married him and since then, the relationship with my brother is ruined. He has not talked to me in years and it is very hurtful and I feel torn.... I should maybe add here that my hubby is black, so I also considered that my brother is racist. But I come from a multicultural background too, asian/tibetan/german... so I do not understand.
I have no idea how to win my brother back. Should I forget about him?

i want a divorce with my husband. my husband and i been having ALOT of problems with finance .. respect..etc. but the thing is that i am afraid of is, i dont have a job, and i stay at home watching my 5 month old while he goes to work every day. Will i be able to keep my son if i go through with this divorce? My husband said that if it ever happens, he will fight against me to keep our son. i am so worried.. i dont want him to take him away from me.
p.s. would it help if i said that we live in colorado springs and ive only lived here for 3 months. hes also in the military.. so wouldnt just his job not allow him to keep my son? hes deploying this year. and was deployed less than a year ago. someone please help!!

i know this sounds a litle far fetched...
my step father said in a argument to my mother that he is cheating on her... i would like to place a gps device on his truck to track where he is going... i have my mothers permission ... he bought the car after they were married... so i dont know where the law stands on placeing a tracking device on the car witout both parties knowing about the device.... any help... its a garmen gps from marbrow....and i want to attack it with some magnets to the inside of the truck bed... or the bumper..... any help or advice besides going to a PI

Me and my long time fiance just got married march 24. We went to the bahamas on the carnival crusie for our honeymoon I was so excited the night before I couldn't sleep so the first night on the crusie I waz so tired I went to bed early he said he wanted to see a comedy act so i said go ahead and have fun around 4 am I noticed he still was not back I went looking for him I found him on the top deck of the boat holding hands and smiling with another girl he said nothing happened he was just so drunk he did not relize what he was doing he said the show got cancelled so he went to one of the clubs to have a couple of drinks and she was with her boyfreind but i think it is bull why would her boyfriend let her go with him ? And i can't stop thinking about what he did and what there were about to do he said she was just taking him to his room and he was just being friendly ? I can't stop thinking about it but he has been being real nice to me but i am scared he might do it again.
