Totally illegal, although tempting.

And what exactly are you intending to do with the info once you did find out, provided this worked? Youre definitely about to hurt someone really bad ad in case you found nothing, then you are about to make yourself to be the worlds biggest a.s. As bad as this sounds this is really none of your business and youre about to tread where Angels fear to go for obvious reasons. Get a life and stay out of theirs, no matter how good your intentions are. Also, if this did lead to a divorce, the courts could care less about what you found out or not as the courts grant divorces based onanything

If he told her already that he is cheating, why the GPS? if she is okay with staying with him, no other information will affect that decision, She should be the one working PI, not you. Matters of the heart are complicated and sometimes the messengers gets blamed for the news.

Well you can do it because if you are reported and asked why you did it, Just say"That there has been lots of kids breaking into cars for joy riding and this way you could find it if it was stolen. SO go ahead and put it on and see where he goes.

Your mother didn't seem to want to believe him when he told her he was having an affair. Why do you think she would believe you, even if you had proof? It's your mom's issue. Stay out of it.

i dont know if its legal..but i would do it anyway.. look its your mom and hes just the step father..if he is cheating on your mom...its better to find out now so she can kick the loser to the corner...and just do it where he doesnt know about it... if you all find out hes cheating...just dont let him know about the tracking device...he gets what he deserves..if hes cheating..

good luck..

He already said he is cheating on her. Why do you want to add insult to injury? This really isn't your business anyway.
