I'm a DAV disable vet I get over 2500 a month for my disablity from the V.A. and Over 1300 from my Goverment job that also retired me...My question is, I know I will have to pay child surpport, but what about alimony??can my disablity from the V.A. be garnashed??

You can't get out of child support until he/she reaches 18. Even then you could be stuck with college. Alimony is another story. If you agreed to pay your ex then any income you make is vulnerable. Get a lawyer and find out your options for your state.

they can get it from your disability, yes
