i am 36 as of today,i have been married for 19 years and we have 4 kids together.i found out 4 yaers ago my husband was cheating on me.well we lost everything inculding our home when he decided to leave.well he forgot one thing his g/f had a husband also.and her husband was not going to let her go so freely.so my husband decided to come back and work things out (i let him because i was told it was better for my kids).well he forgot to tell me his former g/f was having his baby.at this time i was so crazy with hurt i never new what was going to hit me in the face next.i have tryed for the last 4 years to get over this but he has walked off and left us 2 other times and we have lost everything 2 other times.now i am settled with my sister in her home.he says he loves me but i can not find it in my heart to love him again.too much is and has been going on.he went and changed his job to 12 hour night shifts just so he want be able to see me or the kids.i feel he is up to no good again

I married at 17, had our first child at 18 and just had our second four months ago at 21. Lately I've been feeling like I've missed out on a lot of things that normally someone my age would do. I have my court orders stating I be allowed to see my son M-F. My son is 9 his afraid of his Dad and his family. My 9 year old stays home alone sometimes, his grandma will not allow him to call me, or visit with my father. I even have a few videos where my son is saying his grama tells him I'm crazy. I've been told to report him to CPS but I'm afraid they'll take my son away from both of us. My EX will not co-operate with me. I have also been told to call the police when I go pick up my son with court orders and his dad does not let me see him, but the cops say something that is civil law and that they can't intervine. i'm still in love with my daughters father. we have been friends since we ended our relationship but now we both think we should have gave each other another try before we ended now our old feelings are back we are always reminicing about our past. now the problem is we both are married to other people he is my best friend and he knows things about me that my husband don't even know about me. he is all i think about morning noon and night we talk on the phone everyday all day i've always been able to be myself around him but around my husband i feel so not me i don't want to hurt my husband cause he is a good man i do love him i'm just not in love with him. and i don't want to keep holding on to this other man if i'm not gonna be with him i don't know what to do this is causing a problem with my everyday life i'm so unhappy please give advice thank you for reading!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked this question because my husband and I disagree on what being "attracted" to someone, really means. My husband say's, in his opinion, 8 out of 10 time's, they're saying they want to sleep with you, I asked him where did he get his fact's from, but no answer. I don't agree with his weird thinking, I think it just means that there is something about you, that they are drawn to and it doesn't necessarily have to be based on good looks.

I've been with my hunny for 6 years, married to him for 16 months. I'm almost 21 and I cheated on him twice before we got married (I was 15 and 16 at the time, young and dumb) we fought for a long time but he didn't leave me, and after a while he forgave me. We were supposed to get married 4 months before we actually did because I got cold feet and left him. I met another guy (who'd gotten out of prison 3 days earlier) and we hooked up for a few weeks. I broke up with him because he started holding people up at gun point, and got back together with my man. I realized what I was missing. I know I messed up before, and I'm not the same person I was.He claims to have forgiven me but rubs my face in my mistakes every chance he gets. It's even affected our sex life,meaning he doesn't want any. I know I hurt him but do I deserve to be punished for the rest of my life? I'm only saying anything because this neglect has made me think about other men, who could treat me better.

as far as which marriage is legal and which is null and void. Can she be criminally charged for bigamy? Also what are the inheritance consequences if she has a child with second husband, the second husband dies, before discovery of bigamy by wife, i.e, she marries A, then she marries B unknown to B or his family that she is already married, has child C with B, then B dies, after B's death it is discovered that she is already married to A. Can she inherit B's estate if no will?

I ended my engagement about a year ago and I still talk to him every so often to see how he is doing. I have moved on with my life and I'm in a great relationship with my boyfriend. I haven't spoken to my ex in a few months because everytime I try to talk to him he gets upset and begs me to come back to him, I want to continue being friends but I know that it was going to be hard when I started to talk to him way after the engagement was over. I couldn't talk to him then and even now trying to be friends with him is difficult. I wish he would except that its over and that nothing will change my answer. My husband of 6 months admits he's seeing someone on the side (they're not having sex because she doesn't put out, period, since having three kids), and he knows it hurts me. He says he doesn't want to end it with her because he doesn't want to hurt her, and I could ALMOST respect that, except he won't answer the phone if I call, can't stand to be close to me, anything. Yesterday I set up my webcam and watched what was going on between them while I was at work. (Yes, I know that's low, but I didn't believe what he was telling me, and I was right!) He swears to me he treats us the same, but he doesn't. He's all cuddled up with her and kissing on her (and much more, from the looks of it), and never spends any time with me. I was with my boyfriend for 14 years, we have 2 kids. 2 and a half years ago we broke up. He met someone else, and I dated. I am a black woman and my friend's husband, (who is white) made the comment to me, that he's alway's been curious to see how it is, to "sleep", with a black woman. He made this comment to me, right in front of his wife. It made me very uncomfortable and I thought for sure, she would say something to him about it, but she just acted like it didn't bother her. I had access to my husbands sprint account and found another phone line. I called it and another woman answered the phone. Thats the night my husband didn't come home. I asked the woman who she was and I told her who I was. She refused to tell me, told me to grow up and hung up on me. Iam 32 years old with a 9 and 2 yr old, full time worker. Ok, this story is the stupidest story ever and I am so frustrated over it, I need someone to help me!
My parents have been married for 24 years, and abouth a month ago, my father found one of those junk emails in my mothers email you know the ones that are like 'i miss you, come see me etc' I have seen the email myself and I know for a fact that it is junk. Well my father knows NOTHING about computers at all except how to do very few things and he doesn't understand that people get those all the time. We have all tried to explain it to him over and over again. So anyway he will not leave my mother alone on trying to figure out who this person is, even though my brother has tried numerous times but it can't be traced. My mother got my brother to delete her email account and while it was on the list to be deleted, my father opened it and reactivated it. Now he doesn't beleive that he did that either. It just keeps snowballing! Now he wont stop talking about it, and my moms getting fed

My ex wife placed a protection order on me for my kids. She has been jealious of my girlfriend so she went to the court house and told them I spanked my kids so they put a prtection order on me and know I can't see my kids for almost a month.
